The entire experience with Maria was so pleasant from beginning to the end. She was extremely knowledgeable and to the point making everything very easy to understand. She always kept my best interest a priority. I made the switch to Verizon and I am very pleased with my experience so far! Can’t express her great customer service enough.

I was visiting from NY and had stopped by the Verizon store to look for a new phone for my daughter. Matthew welcomed us into the store with a very sweet professional manner. He took the time to answer our questions and explain the 15 phones. I actually had previously ordered a IPhone 15 pro max in NY but Matthew did look to see if they had one in stock. Thankfully they did. We spent several hours in the store and it was the best experience my kids and I had experienced. My daughter’s little golden doodle was welcomed as well! It felt like we were family. I have shared this positive experience to several of my friends and family and was quite impressed! I spend a lot of time in Florida and I would not hesitate for a second to go out of my way to go back to this store again; in hopes Matthew is there!! I highly recommend Matthew as your Verizon salesman. Thank you Matthew for such a pleasant experience!! I am sure we will meet again!!

What a great experience I had at here. From the moment I walked in, everyone was totally pleasant, even open the door for me. Dustin Knight was exceptional in his knowledge of the products and advised me so that I felt comfortable with everything I was getting. I really felt that I could trust him in everything he did to get me the best phones and the best plans. One other thing I noticed about this store was everyone seem to work harmoniously together it had a very good atmosphere and all the people here were really pleasant. I enjoyed being here and will definitely refer others, great experience.

I had a delightful experience with Austin - The ponytail man - and I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for phone service to ask for him. He made everything nice and smooth, quick and easy without no pressure. I would go to him again if I could, but, in fact, I will go to him when I upgrade!

Matt helped me after 3 different stores turned me away saying they couldn’t complete what I was requesting. Matt had no issues what so ever and was able to help me immediately with my new phone. Great Customer Service!!!
I called this location a few evenings ago and spoke to Austin. He answered all my questions and advised that I come to the store and let him see what he could do for us. So i did, and about an hour or so later, I walked out pretty happy. Austin got us about $2,000 in trade-in promotions and specials. New devices and more than I expected from the start. All without jacking up the bill above what it could be somewhere else. Needless to say, we're staying with Verizon. Thanks again, Ponytail Man!!

Matthew Michael did an outstanding job. I originally came in to get a new SIM card for my out of date iPhone XR, and, after talking about the smoking deals he had on the new iPhones, he had me sold!!!

I walked out with 2 brand new iPhone 14’s and I no longer have a prepaid plan, either!! He hooked me up on the unlimited plan and I couldn’t ask for more!!! I highly recommend this Verizon wireless dealer to anyone!

I just switched to Verizon from T-mobile. Coverage is so much better and this store location is very convenient and easy to access.
Customer service is excellent. My husband and I have a small business and we’re able to meet here with our Verizon reps Anthony and George. They bent over backward for us and got us everything we needed. Good prices, good coverage and excellent customer service always earn 5 stars from me. I highly recommend Verizon.

Sean Casey was amazing! I was there visiting and needed to replace my phone. I have NEVER been in and out of a Verizon store so quickly and had everything go so seamless in 30+ years of being a loyal Verizon customer. And he sold me a tablet to boot! Great salesmanship, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness!
