Bobby and Rafi are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been several times to this location and I've had positive experiences. I'd recommend them for the do it yourself car repair people out there.

The people at the store really know what they're doing. One of the sales people even came outside to install the light bulb in the rear of the car because he knew it was tricky. Napa is my go-to place for Auto parts

Good! I got what I wanted at excellent quality and price.

I needed a marine battery for my boat and the person on the phone wasn't too familiar. She got help and it turned out that they had one in stock for me. Great service! They have a super convenienc location right in Sandy Springs, and its super close to my house so it's nice when it works our. Thank you.

Knowledgeable staff, helped me find the correct coolant for a Mercedes. Only one staff member on duty, could have been a long wait if others were there.

I've always had great service here. I buy NAPA parts and batteries because they are better quality. I just took a battery that was not working well and they exchanged it with a brand new battery without any extra cost like some places add, even for under warranty...

I’d recommend going to these guys any day. Even if something costs a little more here, it is worth it to get this level of service.

It is also nice to not have to wait around forever to be waited on. They seem to have this store well staffed.

I went to O’Reilly on Roswell Road for a new battery and the staff were unhelpful and rude so I went to NAPA instead. The person helping us was great and provided excellent customer service. He ran a diagnostic test and gave us plenty of options on what to do.

Great service! I called ahead after my car battery died and they held the new one for me while I got a jump to head over there. They recommended a shop literally across the street to replace it and everything worked out great.

Me and my son are regulars here at good ol NAPA! GREAT STAFF! Really cool down to earth guys that are always willing to share car knowledge and help you out with whatever parts you may need excellent staff and the store manager Mr.Larry is awesome as well! My favorite Napa! Appreciate you guys!

Best customer service I have ever had! More specifically Lisa. Not only is Lisa extremely welcoming but she is very knowledgeable and speaks at least 2 languages, I was quite impressed when I first heard her carry on a conversation with another customer in Spanish. It is very refreshing to see people take pride in their work and not let customers' "silly" questions wear them down. When ever I need parts, oil, tools, whatever, I go here first because I know I will get a warm welcome and a advice I can trust....The other pros at the store are also very good too, I don't want to leave them out. Thank you guys for your great work!

They are simply the best! Been using them for 5 years and have only compliments to say! Steve is an expert in German cars and know everything about them. Lisa has always a smile and go above duty to satisfied the clients. I highly recommend this store! And NOT A FEAK LIKE SOMEWHERE BUT A REAL CUSTOMER FOR 5 YEARS!

I think her name is April. She is one of the absolute best people I have ever encountered in customer service. As I laughed on the way out and said you are like the ambassador of this place, we laughed, but it is so true. I would drive across town to buy used motor oil from her. Just wow! Keep it up.

This place is great. It’s like the Chick-fil-A of automotive care. Like a puppy daycare for your vehicle. The two gentlemen who work the front of the house are welcoming, they don’t try to oversell you on a bunch of BS, and I heard “my pleasure“ as many times as I would if I was ordering a chicken sandwich and waffle fries.

Lisa is AMAZING. I came here about a month ago when my brakes lights started to go whacky. Several rear lights on both sides weren't working. So, she came out and helped me manage through which ones were working and what needed replacement. Then she had me test them while she checked to ensure all was well. She apologized when she had to help other customers and gave them the same, great treatment with a BIG SMILE.

When all was done, she said, "I wanted to make sure you were safe to leave. Your daughter has to have her Daddy safe." Well!! I was touched and went into my wallet to grab a little something and told her it was for coffee or taking her grandkids for ice cream. She said, "Absolutely not but I do appreciate it." What a truly amazing woman who deserves a little recognition. If the CEO of NAPA did a "Undercover Boss" here, he/she would be certainly appreciative of how wonderful Lisa is for the brand, for the store and for the neighborhood. Thank YOU again, Lisa!

Convenient location, good range of parts available & the staff are helpful.

Update June 2020: visited again this evening, and again the lady at checkout was extremely helpful & went out her way to get me what I needed.
