Professional, courteous service. A real "customer satisfaction" attitude. I do not have any UPS-specific experience, but the general knowledge and capability of the store owner is excellent. It was great place. Superb ways to give customer service. The owner is so sweet. We need more owners like this. You go Gigi!!!!!!

So, I was there couple days ago and was my first time returning an item. I didn't know like what was I suppose to do or requirements and when I stepped into the store firstly, it was so nice and pleasant inside. Great choice of music got me up beating. Secondly, omg so the girl that helped me was superrrrr superrrr nice and helped through without making me uncomfortable or anything. It was all so great. I will literally recommend this place and even if I don't have anything I would still like to come and visit. Love you guys!!!!

It's honestly baffling to read some of these 1 star reviews. The majority of these 1 star reviews attempt to give the store a bad image and yet don't recognize that they themselves, the customer, are likely the cause of the problem. Those people are so quick to write a negative review because they have nothing better to do with their lives (if only we could give customers negative reviews). I've been going to this UPS store for a few years now and have never had a problem with the staff. They are always friendly and eager to help. I bring my Amazon returns (I buy a lot on Amazon) and it's always a pleasant and easy experience. The young lady with dark curly hair has always been kind to me and makes my returns an easy process. Believe what you want, but some of these reviews are bogus and try to make themselves look like the victims. This is my favorite UPS and I will continue to conduct business with them.

I went in today to ship an item for warranty purposes and was treated kindly by the gentleman working the counter. Great job!.....

I stopped by today to ship a package and was helped by Kunal. He went above and beyond to help me figure out how to ship my items the best way possible. He was very pleasant, conversational, and truly wanted to help me have the best experience. Kudos to him and this UPS Store location!

Great customer service, return packages on time, no hassle, easy access to building

Been a customer here for over 10 years. Have a mail box (never have to worry about stolen packages or important mail and have used their Notary services. They have hired really good people who treat customers very well. I saw a couple of 1 star reviews and this has to either be a fluke or someone so unhappy they find joy and making people as unhappy as they are.
Many of them just love trolling.

This ownership has been in place since mid-2010 and seems highly dedicated to the business and their customers.

AWESOME place!! I have gotten to know everyone that works there and they, along with the owner are super nice, very accommodating. Excellent customer service, even when they are busy, and they are great at multi-tasking.

They handle all shipping needs, great mailbox service and they also notarize documents. It's a great 1 stop shop for everything! I've been a customer at this location for years!

The place is fine, I have used them a few times with no issues. Works like any other UPS store. I have only been to two others so my sample size is small. If you want to do it cheaper I'm sure you can, they are conveniently located and do what I need.

This UPS store has what one would expect at a UPS store... plus Raj. Raj is extremely friendly, very customer-oriented, and understands that good customer service is the first step (and key step) to repeat business. I've used Raj for shipping and his notary service, always happy to do business there.

I find the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and provide fast customer service. It’s great to have them in our neighborhood.

ALL THESE BUMS WHO ARE IN THE REVIEWS COMPLAINING! IF ITS SO BAD OF A STORE HOW COME U STILL COME TO THIS STORE OFTEN! AND ONLY TO COMPLAIN LIKE A CHILD 😭😭 THESE PEOPLE BRING HOME PROBLEMS INTO THIS STORE IVE SEEN IT MANY TIMES THEY CANT WIN ARGUMENTS AT HOME SO THEY COME TO THIS STORE TO MAKE THEM SELFS FEEL GOOD ,GROW UP SIMPLY DONT GO TO THIS STORE ANYMORE AND PROBLEM SOLVED!

This store is the best! They are always friendly and very helpful whether it be UPS or postal service related transactions. Very convenient too.

I dropped off a package with a USPS return label here. I didn't realized I should have given it to USPS instead of UPS until I got home. But they helped me deliver it to USPS and the burden was lifted. Thanks.
