Cvs is very clean and orderly. The help is helpful and and very polite.

My prescriptions are always ready on time nice people and easy access close to my crib

Was not satisfied with the service I got tonight. They should know about the HIPAA law & how to speak to customers around others. It was just one person last night that upset me. She doesn't need to talk about personal things out loud. Don't need to read people's medication out loud either. The overnight team that used to work there never had this problem with them before. I feel uncomfortable with this female that's working there that doesn't know her job or how to do it right. Please teach them how to do their job thank you. I don't want to go to a different CVS because of one person. 3/7/2023 around 11:30 pm.

Matt and Paula are great but one tsch name Robinson is rude and can't wait for lunch unreal my two minor children needed COVID test. She just kept yelling be back a 2 ?

Ever since I blocked her on Facebook which is unprofessional on her part but corporate has already had a signed letter sent to them.
All the others are pleasent but why so you need lunch ok

Dreadful customer service. Lack of communication with customers. VERY poor and slow customer service. Lack of help and employees who can barely speak English. Employee turnover seems to be 300% a year. WHY ????

I scheduled an appointment to get a Covid vaccine online as they tell you to. I arrived in time and followed all of their instructions. I clicked the “Here in the store now” button they texted me a link to.. and it didn’t work. I wore a mask as they said I was required to.. and saw that not a single pharmacy associate had one on. I got to the vaccine sign-in counter and when they asked what I wanted I told them I was there for my vaccines (Covid and flu as they recommend). The guy said.. oh we don’t have that. I had received no cancellation and had driven 20 minutes. Never going there again and they need to fix their systems.
