Starbucks

Staff was so helpful and attentive to my order. They got everything right in our super complicated request. They were friendly and the chit chat was very much appreciated. Food and drinks tasted great?

This was quite a wonderful discovery today as we were driving down the strip of downtown Palm Springs, California, looking for Starbucks. I walked into this brand new look for a 'Starbucks Reserve' store - very eclectic, high ceilings, art deco, clean, Plexiglass counter covid sanitary screens in place - beautiful store. A busy day, controlled pace as the BARISTA handed me my beverage with a nice..."Enjoy your afternoon!" My beverage was delicious as Starbuck's standards always is good to the tee.

The barista and a ramdom stranger were nice to me and even got a compliment what the hell never happens thanks tho 💀

The baristas are always so nice and they make my drinks perfect everytime!

Might be one of the best views you can have with your coffee.
Love that I always know my coffee will taste the same, I walked over from the hotel because hotel coffee, never the same 🤣

Me: "I need your help; something sweet but strong enough for the 3-hour trip back to Yuma, AZ."
Barista: "I got you covered!"

I ended up going with a Vente Carmel Crunch Frap with an extra shot of caffeine and flavor for good measure.

The store was tidy and the bathrooms clean. Overall vibe was very welcoming.

There was no wait to place my order on a Saturday morning around 9ish. There was a spot to sit inside while I waited for our order and it was nice and clean and spacious. It took a bit longer than u expected just for 2 drinks. But otherwise a pleasant experience. There is also plenty of parking outside the Starbucks since it's in a big shopping plaza. I only wish they would've had a drive thru.

There were 4 people behind me that received their order before I did. Though, the drink was REALLY WELL made, taste Wonderful, nice and hot. This is worth the wait as its a hit miss at various Starbucks. Bravo!

It was a busy Thanksgiving morning and 8 employees were earnestly working behind the counter. Watching their focus and speed was impressive and customer service from cashier and barista was very friendly and helpful. It's an exceptionally clean and well-run location. New holiday mugs and cups are great and Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino is to die for. Happy Holidays!

Nice quiet place with a number of customers at 6am in the morning. The server was nice and she did not give me a hard time about ordering a large black coffee with no stuff (I still don't know the different sizes) Thank you so much! The coffee here is good, and likely cheaper than the resort coffee.

That’s the faster Starbucks that I ever have. I got the drink within a minute after I paid and it tasted good. I did not believe it when my drink is ready. Never ever had fast service like this. Thanks. Great job

The drinks are great employees are awesome very helpful get your card you get point then you get a free drink

I changed my previous review due to a fabulous experience I just had. Not only is the staff kind, upbeat, and efficient, they take cleanliness seriously. For some reason people are denying our country has failed to eliminate the virus- completely deny the existence of the virus itself. The staff member is making my drink and had to stop doing so in order to ask a woman to pull up her mask which she had only partially on. I thanked the girl after the fact because while im young, I have an autoimmune disorder and going out is terrifying. I thank this location for upholding CDC standards and serving their community with the utmost professionalism.

The staff here is awesome. I love that I’m greeted by name as soon as I walk in, showing they make an effort to remember regulars.
Stella (*) and Josh are great and Jeff (*) makes a mean pumpkin spice latte...I literally get excited when I know his gonna make my coffee. (It’s the little things in life)

Very busy in the morning, but line moves surprisingly fast. I have a fairly custom order, and they've no t screwed it up yet. They even frequently remember my order and/or my name, despite the craziness in there sometimes.
