Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters

God, how I missed Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters! I used to visit the one on Route 2 near Shelburne Falls, but it's been over 10 years since I've been in that area. I forgot that Northampton has not one but two locations. I visited the one on King Street, and the nice human behind the counter listened to me rave about how much I missed SFCR and their coffee. The place is small but so cute and easy to get in and out of from King Street. I highly recommend their coffee. I live in CT now, about two hours away, but will definitely be ordering some beans on their website. Nothing like a fresh cup of Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters coffee! I'll be back.

Just look at this sandwich, the Northampton. Their coffee is the best coffee in western New England, the food is delicious. Never go to Dunkin Donuts again please.

Great selection of coffees, iced, hot, and multiple cold brew flavors. I got the Northampton breakfast sandwich and it was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend.

Not all Shelburne Falls locations are created equal. But this one! This one is EXCELLENT. I am never disappointed and, let me tell you, I am picky with my espresso drinks. And by that I mean you need to know how to make a proper espresso drink. Which is pretty uncommon. My espresso drink of choice is a Mocha Latte: espresso, steamed milk, chocolate of some sort.

It is extremely difficult to find a quality Mocha. But THIS King Street Shelburne Falls makes an EXCELLENT Mocha. I live in Vermont and if I am heading on 91 past Northampton during Shelburne Farms' business hours I am getting myself a Mocha!

I tried ordering if a few different ways. The "perfect" Mocha is a Medium because the balance between espresso, chocolate and milk is perfect. You can taste the espresso AND the chocolate.

You also need to use a quality chocolate in a Mocha. I don't actually know what chocolate they use here, but it's perfect. Not too sweet, but enough chocolate. (I don't like sweet. I'm not looking for a dessert type beverage in my Mocha. I don't go to Starbucks. Ever. )

My order is a Medium Mocha, whole milk, no whipped cream, extra hot. It is ALWAYS perfection. If I wanted a "larger drink" I Just order two. Because it's like baking. Sometimes you can't just "double" a recipe. You know?

I have the Shelburne Falls app. Which I LOVE!!! It is so incredibly useful. Because I am always on way down from Vermont to Connecticut to see my parents or heading back north. When I get close to the exit I place my order. I pull in, pick up my beverage, back in my car and on the highway. PERFECT.

I also often get a bagel.

Look. I live in Vermont. We don't have bagels. We don't have anything like Shelburne Falls. There are 2 places within half an hour of my home where I will get a Mocha. That's it.

If I am within easy striking distance of Shelburne Falls King Street I'M GETTING A MOCHA!!

Before I discovered the app I would order in the store. So I've interacted with a wide variety of people here. I have never come across anyone who was not completely delightful and on top of the entire situation.

The vibe in this Shelburne Falls is just excellent. KUDOS to the TEAM here.

My "food" order is a sesame bagel, toasted dark with either garlic chive cream cheese or sundried tomato jalapeño. I've also have veggie when they've been out of the other two. Oh! And the olive one! I've had that too. They're ALL excellent. I'll eat one of these bagels as a full meal.

It's honestly probably a good thing I live 1.5 hrs away...

I LOVE Shelburne Falls Coffee Roasters. I have been religiously going to this location for nearly 4 years now. Great coffee, lots of roast variety. To clarify this is Roasted Coffee, not 'Flavored Coffee' like Dunkin (Reg coffee w/ flavored syrup). The coffee is so good you could drink it black! Better than Starbucks! The food selection, which at this point I'm pretty sure I've tried everything they bake, is AMAZING! Let's not forget to mention the fact that these baked goods are baked FRESH every morning at their bakery. Be warned that the King St location is one of the busier location I've been to for a on the way to work pick up. I would strongly suggest downloading their App as it makes pick up a breeze.

Now that I’ve been through every available coffee flavor, I can confirm they’re all amazing! They special drinks are great as well. Also good for getting whole bean or ground coffee as gifts.

This is the best coffee roasters around. The staff are awesome, their mask wearing / store set up during the pandemic is the only store I would consider to be done right in the area, and the quality of the food and coffee is always great.

I have spent more money here than I probably should have, but I'm glad to support such a great store.

We passed about 15 Dunkin' & found this place. Awesome little place! Make sure to try the "Northampton" or the "Hadley" sandwiches. Well worth it! And the price was very reasonable. 2 bagel sandwiches, a large iced coffee, & a large cold brew out the door for $21. Again, well worth it. Definitely gonna be back here!

I drive a total of 45 minutes to get shelburne falls usually once or twice a week. A nice latte with a hadley sandwich is delicious.

I am rewriting my bad review because this company listened to my feedback and improved an issue. It doesn't get better than that!

My original issue was related to service and the app. The food has always been top notch, though a bit greasy at times.

Delicious coconut coffee, and pastries among other things. Everything was delicious. Cool decor with and jewelry from local artist for sale. Will definitely be back. My friends who live in the area go here regularly and brought me here. Love it.

I am pretty sure I've reviewed Shelburne Falls Roasters already, and I'm sure I gave it 5 stars then too. This time I'm writing a new review to say that I absolutely love this place. Consider this a 10 stars out of 5 review. I am SO glad they have worked so hard to RENOVATE the King St location to SAFELY reopen in this crazy time. I can't express how glad I was to have this delicious food and coffee and to see some of the nicest local servers I know and find them healthy and happy. I don't know about the business on a whole, but the locations I visit (Northampton, Easthampton, and East Longmeadow) are all exceptional. (Their hazelnut cold brew is not flavored with syrup and, as a person who does not care for flavored coffees, I have to concede that this is some tasty tasty stuff. The Buckland on a croissant is a legit treat, too.)

Any coffee company that can take over a former dunkin' donuts location in Massachusetts is doing something right... For flavored coffees, the sugar maple nut or Christmas morning blend are some of my favorites. Food options are nice and not the typical fast food microwave stuff.

I had a wonderful experience I just stopped in to get something to eat and the breakfast sandwich I ordered which was a Hadley on an onion bagel with bacon, with out cheese or butter was perfectly cooked just the way I ordered it. Service staff was prompt and very helpful. I'll be back for sure

These folks are great as well. I've only had the coffee and it takes me 10 minutes to choose between all of the great options.
