This store has the best prices. Customer service is available. I called the customer service and was able to text and inquire about colors of tights and sizes. She was VERY helpful. The issue with the store is you get a confirmation of the order but no confirmation number per say. The email says you will get a confirmation when it ships. I waited about 1 month before calling them (as you get no updates). The person that answered the phone was able to find my order and told me that it's because the leotard that I ordered (from WearMoi) has a 3 to 4 weeks lead time. Somehow, on their page, I missed that... no really their fault but the information is indicated at the bottom of the page not where the 'add to cart' is. I just received my order.
I give them 5 stars... because they do have the best price.

This online store is great, I don’t know what the others are talking about, but my experience was great. The ladies on the phone were very helpful, and nice. The order came surprisingly fast and the quality high quality shoes . There pricing is good. The bad reviews must have wanted something out of the ordinary. This company I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with going to the store. Quick and easy with anything you need.

I ordered a rack and roll large dance bag and had the bag at my door in two days. Great purchase experience. I called the company to ask a couple questions and had a very pleasant customer service experience. Thank you!

Don't listen to the haters, Joe Mikluscak is a local legend and his roads are the best roads. At the end of this road resides two rival dancewear companies. I want you to ask yourself one simple question, if the other dancewear place was so good, WHY DON'T THEY HAVE REVIEWS, HUH? #JoeMikluscakForPresident

Pleasant experience at the store.

Do Not Recommend. It took two weeks for the store to send me a shipping confirmation. I ordered my item on August 29, shipping info was sent September 12, and I finally received the order today (Sept 19) - almost one month after placing the order. I understand peak shopping times slowing down the expected 3-4 business day processing time, but this is well beyond what's to be expected. Plus, I reached out to the store both via email and Facebook and received zero response. As a small business owner myself, I'm appalled at how I was ignored as a customer. My order might not have been a large ticket amount, but every customer (and what they tell others about the business) is important to the life of a business. I will not be returning as a customer- I've learned my lesson and wish I had read the other similar reviews of this shop before placing my order.

Ordered an item and 11 days later had heard nothing from them at all. Called and what I ordered was no longer available they claimed to have emailed me but who knows. The lady on the phone couldn’t care less and was quite rude. Take your business elsewhere.

Slightly lower prices on a few items do NOT make it up for the lack of customer care. Good luck receiving confirmations, updates, apologies or replies of any sort. FYI: ignoring your customers' communications is hardly a good company policy. I will NEVER buy from you again and will recommend everyone I know -with an interest in articles for ballet- to do the same. I rather pay a couple of dollars more and being able to count on reliable and professional service in return.

I'm not sure what kind of business they run in the physical storefront but their Online store customer service is the WORST. If you NEED your items, I would not recommend buying from these ladies. They are slow to respond to emails, never answer the phone and you will place your order but it will not be processed until at least a week later. I have given them 2 different chances during two different dance seasons and both times I was disappointed. Never again and I warn you that you get what you pay for. The prices are cheap but so is the customer service and timeliness.

Worst online experience ever.
I ordered 5 things and weeks later received package with only 3 items.
I had to call about it and spoke to a woman who sounded like she could care less about anything. I sent e-mails...no response. These folks need to close online business if they can't handle orders. Lots of people would love a job!

Spent over $300 for a dance bag almost a month ago. Haven’t received item, no communication. I work hard for my money as most do and hope I wasn’t scammed. No one answers their phones either!
