Okay, I went in there to purchase a phone. After two weeks, I did not like it at all. I went back to him and he gave me half the price that I paid.

Eddie was very pleasant towards me, he wasn't trying to kick me out or not return my money. The whole experience was overall, wonderful! I love the store and I do love the customer service experience that I received.

My wife and I are older people. I came to see my friend Eddie about 3 months ago, he had the best attitude and the most excelent service I've ever had to deal with. I sent my wife over there and he treat her the same way. A man does have a lot of patience with you and is very nice to talk to. This is what I think every store should be like. I thank God that I found the store.

I used to go to the one on Joy Road but I will never go there again. I came in to make a payment and he showed me all the viruses I had and then erase them for free. I like his customer service and I love the way he operates and deals with people. He makes me seem very Worthy. He appreciates me as a customer in this is what I like about the store.

I'm a old lady the man took his time and help me out very much. He transferred my phone book and my pictures I went to the other store and they told me that it was a fee to transfer my pictures. He did it for free for me. I can't remember his name but see the bald guy. He's real nice and I wish that his business would be blessed. He really helped me a lot and had a lot of patience with me.

They had a problem with a person inside about an iPhone. But they handled it really well. He's got good customer service skills and he almost got into a fight with that man. But then he cool down and handled it. That tells me a lot about the way he runs his business.

Real Fair on the prices and really nice to talk to. I sent two of my friends there and they were very happy too. That store is good at what they do and they do it on a professional level. Not like these other Arabs, they treat you like s***

I went in there to buy one phone, and they gave me another phone for free. I guess that was the deal that was happening. They didn't have to tell me that, they could have just kept the money. But they were honest enough to tell me that. I'm barely give anything or anyone five stars. But they deserve it! Nice clean store and very professional. They even transfer my pictures and phone book and videos.
