Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar

The whole menu is amazing. Food isn't cheap. But it's worth every penny. So many great flavors from stir fry to curry, Mexican to turkey burgers, all made with health and wholesomeness in mind.

My favorite is the Lotus Bowl with blackened chicken.

Staff is always friendly and informative. 11/10 place.

Lovely place to have lunch or dinner. As you can see in the menu, there’s a lot of choises, as well as for gluten free and vegetarian! The GF minestrone soup and the GF cranberry walnut salad are amazing!! The moonlight mango smoothie and the GF ICECREAM are incredible! There’s parking and the owners are very friendly! Highly recommended!

The curry was perfection and my personal favorite. I loved how it came with a ton of vegetables and with brown rice, ah-mmmmazing! All of the entrees we ordered are pretty tasty as well. We were trying each others' dishes. I highly recommend this place for their selection of healthy dishes. I personally love how many vegetarian choices these are to choose from. It is fantastic. Thank you for the great food and service. We look forward to many more trips. 🤍

Ive been coming here for many many years and am so Glad to see this place maintain their same delicious quality in flavor, freshness, and healthfulness. Thanks Lotus for the wonderful Chicken Enchiladas! I highly recommend their salad with fresh jicama and radish among other ingredients along with the Tahini dressing.

Cool laid back place with super great vegan options! The staff was friendly. The Indian Curry Bowl with tofu is insanely delicious and a generously portioned. The tofu was textbook perfect. I’d definable come back!

Lotus Cafe offers breakfast,lunch, dinner and more. Food is tasty, healthy and reasonably priced . And options are endless - vegan, vegetarian, gluten free and non vegetarians. In addition you. An enjoy freshly squeeze juice, smoothly or vegan cupcakes. We stopped at Lotus Cafe few times. For lunch we had sandwiches and Indian Dahl bowl. Another day we had breakfast and buckwheat pancakes were my favorite. You can choose seating inside or at the patio. If you happen to be in area definitely a place to stop and enjoy the food.

What a fantastic spot and ownership. Relaxed and beautiful North County vibe that mixes a peaceful Indian/SoCal mellowness with it. Had Chicken spud with plump and delicious baked potato and shredded sauced chicken. Also tried the vegan chicken which was mildly spiced crispy and tasty. Amazing tuna veggie wrap along with a powerful daily greens juice, fluffy cornbread with honey butter and some pasta to round things out. Wish this place was near me. Look forward to the next meal here!

Friendly staff and delicious drinks and food. I loved my moonlight mango smoothie and my friend liked her sandwich. The place had such a cool interior and design. It was clean, and everything was well priced. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and he suggested the smoothie I had. He even complimented me in my Red Cross shirt.

For many years I've been enjoying this space for its nourishing food and the friendly community it attracts. I find it easy to enjoy a delicious meal in such a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere.

I highly recommend the fresh salads, (there are many tasty house made dressings to choose from) and I always enjoy the Huevos Rancheros and they have amazing Acai Bowls. There's so many good options and you can ask the cashier for any recommendations!

Don't forget to grab a homemade vegan cupcake for dessert.. (gluten free options too!) 😀

The atmosphere consists of comfy, cozy and heart warming. It feels like a well cared for home with fresh hot food ready for you to indulge in the moment you get there.

While the menu is large and slightly overwhelming with options, it is full of satisfying meals. The portions are generous and very filling. Food made with quality and a good heart is hard to find but at Lotus Cafe, they serve it up with ease.

If you’re not too full from your main course then make sure you indulge in their variety of tasty treats. Tonight I had the pleasure of trying the vegan, gluten free chocolate and peanut butter cupcake. It tasted so moist and dense, it was hard to believe that it was gluten free!

This is a rare gem restaurant that combines quality ingredients with comfortable atmosphere. Take a break from your busy life and fill yourself up with the good energy that is served here!

Excellent service and help. Extensive menu with lots of vegan, gluten free and many other food modifications for many diets and tastes. Delicious too! We have been here several times just not lately and were very satisfied as before. Parking is street parking or in the lot. Easy to find in the Lumber Yard on Hwy 101 in Encinitas near plenty of shops.

This is right along the road, you order first, then find a seat, inside or out, and with the nice weather, sitting outside is a must, food is good, there are vegan options

Great food and service. I have been here twice for breakfast and lunch and both times were good. Both times we got our food quickly even though the restaurant was packed! Looking forward to coming back to try for menu items !

The food was freshly cooked, healthy and tasted very good. I love great, freshly cooked healthy food at an affordable price like this. They have a very big vegan menu. I ordered the salmon and brown rice and it was very delicious. The food was so good I couldn't even stop to take a picture of it before I started eating. I highly recommend this restaurant to tourists and locals alike!!!

Like the food, the women on the counter were friendly and happy. The ambience was great, and I also loved that they had got a lot of photos of saints, sages and yogananda
