River Fair Trade

I have shopped here for years and I am always impressed!! I have a shirt that is still as soft as the day I bought it from them 4 years ago (impressive if you knew how much I wore it), and a purse I use every day and put everything in that still holds up. Best of all? I know everything they sell is ethically sourced.

If you haven’t checked them out, I highly recommend doing so, you will not regret it!

Awesome shop, with great products. We got some gifts for family and ourselves. The products are handmade from people around the world and all have their own stories. It’s a must check out store. We had a lovely talk with the owners/staff and you couldn’t have asked for nicer people. It’s absolutely going to be a stop we make every time we are in town now!!! I cannot tell you how much I love this store, 6 stars!!!!

Great shop! Lots of interesting gifts, clothes and collectibles. Weekend visit to Dirty Bird for lunch followed by a little shopping at River Fair Trade is totally worthwhile.

I found this business online when I searched the internet for a fair trade product to purchase (rather than purchasing the same item off of Amazon). The price was more reasonable and my item was packaged with care - including a hand written thank you on the invoice. The shipping was fast, too. Thank you, River Fair Trade!

One of the first shops I found in Morgantown and I loved it. Fair Trade shops are always so interesting and River Fair Trade is no exception. Chock full of gifts and different ideas from all over the world, I visit as frequently as I can to see what’s new. Shop owner Shannon is friendly and experienced and passionate about helping artists bring their goods to a global audience.

Great selection of eco-friendly & fair trade gifts, clothes, chocolates, and more. The owners were friendly & very helpful, including returning something I left there (whoops). Some of their more innovative stuff: jewelry that's made of mine parts & supports de-mining efforts; belts made of reclaimed innertubes; and convertible wrap skirts from upcycled saris (I got compliments on mine the first time out).
Just an awesome place, well worth checking out!

Had a lovely time in your store today and picked up some incense and talked a little with the owner. What a cute store with a very nice lay out and lots of great gifts and it's fair trade to boot! What's not to like?
