T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This store has only ever been a good experience (The location, not T-Mobile itself. Still pissed at T-Mobile). Long story short, I wanted to try the Internet option and see how it went (this was on 05/13). Parker helped get me setup, explain that it was a FREE trial for 14/15 days (Memorial Day Weekend) and to return it for no charge within that time period. Well T-Mobile tried to charge me the full cost for the thing. So I came back on 05/20, spoke with Parker, returned the box (I live on the Utah benches so service wasn't fantastic) and he credited the amount that T-Mobile was trying to charge. He explained that I would need to call T-Mobile to cancel the line, which I attempted (emphasis on ATTEMPTED) but the rep just kept saying "buyers remorse" which I would understand IF I ACTUALLY KEPT THE DEVICE. So I get a text today about the home Internet, zipped over and spoke with Abby (phenomenal employee!) and she was calming, sympathetic/empathetic to my situation, and walked me through how to call T-Mobile to cancel the line, even standing with me while on speaker with them. It might be confusing how I'm describing this love/hate relationship but this store and those two employees are the ONLY reasons I'm staying with T-Mobile, otherwise I'd of punted the service in a heartbeat after this experience.

I had a very unique situation where I got my phone and wallet stolen. Took roughly 24 hours to get a new phone shipped and set up. The whole team at this location was extremely patient and above and beyond. Ashton, Abby, Nick, Devon, Tanner and Sierra offered me the highest quality of customer care. Another T-Mobile location was not very helpful however this location and its team went above and beyond. Team is on 10!

Abby deserves 10⭐ out of 5 she is amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and getting all the best deals tmobile has to offer! Ashton and dex were also amazing if you need anything the team here has you covered.

Abby helped me with getting my plan fixed and was super knowledgeable about tmobile and the many deals and products tmobile has. Amazing service and dex and Ashton were amazing as well thank you to all who helped us with our 100s of questions. They really are experts here and are so happy to help! Nate was so great! He was kind and patient while I got a new phone and transferred all the info. He set me up with all the protection I needed so I’m not SOL if it breaks. Thank Nate!!

100% recommend this store. The management and employees are patient and willing to answer questions. We had multiple managers assisting us with a transfer of service from the old Sprint system to the T Mobile system. We experienced some of the best customer service we have ever had during this ordeal. We had to go back 3 separate times and Dex helped us each time successfully. Devon is a fantastic manager and his trust in his employees is evident. The team works phenomenally well together. We have 3 kids under 5 and the employees didn’t lose their patience once during our 3 visits. We will absolutely go back to this store when it’s time to upgrade our phones in a few years. The T Mobile customer service phone line provided abysmal service but Devon and his entire team, mainly Dex, answered our questions and fought hard for our needs. They advocated with the T Mobile line on our behalf themselves during multiple phone calls. It is thanks to this team that we decided to stay with T Mobile. They will provide quality customer service for anyone who visits.

I think Dex is absolutely awesome. He was really patient with me and made sure I knew everything that was going on. He explained everything to me. I got a new iPhone 13 and I just turned 18 so a little nervous and he was really sweet and let me know what’s going on. Absolutely 5 stars, he knows his stuff and he’s honest. I really appreciate people like this in the world. Give this man a raise!

Our customer service experince with Keegan was the best! Keegan went above and beyond to help my wife and I get the best phone plan for our needs. He even took the time to find to iPhone model that my wife wanted! We was friendly, knowledgable and worked hard for us. Ask for Keegan!!

Nick greeted me right after I walked in the door. He immediately helped me and answered all my questions.
He took care of all my needs.
He is very knowledgeable about i phones and Apple Watches and gave me great customer service.

After visiting another independent T-mobile retail location to transition from Verizon to T-mobile, I returned home to discover that the data on my phone wasn't working.

I chose to visit this Draper location and immediately experienced trust with Dex, the Store Manager.

Abby is a rockstar! Her ability to troubleshoot and work with the extremely clunky T-mobile corporate systems and technical service reps lead to the solution. Abby, not the T-mobile rep, discovered the issue and directed him to resolve.

Abby also exemplifies great customer service - active listening, kindness, patience and professionalism.

I highly recommend visiting this location for a great customer experience.
