The food is always delicious! I picked up my order late and the cashier offered to remake it for me so the food was hot and fresh. I declined since they were getting ready to close but it was a very nice gesture. Prices are a bit steep though.

With all due respect, I like the people I like the name of the company however, it’s about 7:30 in the a.m. And felt compelled to leave feedback , im not feeling feeling sick or anything, it’s more or less a feeling of embarrassment, and ashament,and I feel like I’ve been tricked, or I got sold or false bill of goods, but at the end of the day, it was my decision to order the food, and to consume it so I take full responsibility & ultimately,lm just feeling like lethargic and dirty lol, maybe I just need to stay eating clean !!the food that I ate last night when I eat the food that’s what we’re calling the stuff nowadays,was I feel was basically processed slop!! & the macaroni and cheese pretty much just tasted like nitrates & preservatives and looked like a mystery goop,it’s that I’m not trying to be negative, and I wish the best to this organization,& side note maybe it’s just our society in today’s times even when I look around and I see people all unhealthy walking around in the world and then I look at fast food places that sell & what they sell, ……then it all starts make sense!!!with all due respect I had a good experience overall , other than the quality of the substances thats being masquerading around as food!!

And around 9 AM today, shortly after I left a review, I was minding on business when I felt a gurgle in my stomach and next thing I know🌬 luckily I made it to the toile kind of in time before,three painful eruption’s!! The good news is I got it all out. I’m feeling wonderful thanks again😁✌🏾

Also clean, friendly, and quick. I haven't tried the pizzas, but I love the Italian sandwich. Plus the long store hours mean it's available way later than many options. My only complaint is I don't like their chips, but otherwise they're great.

Went at 2am last time. They have a pick up window after 12am, but the website was glitchy so we sat in the car and called in our order. Took about 15 minutes (three sandwiches) the order was correct, everything was warm and tasty. Wonderful deli pickles, I add one to every meal. Pretty friendly phone person. The photo is #11 (with extra ham added).

Always warm and satisfying. I appreciate that they don't charge ridiculous service fees.

The sandwich was great. Service great and they politely answered all my questions. They just have a regular sandwich shop sort of atmosphere, nothing wrong at all, just kinda regular! But, mmmm, the chocolate chip cookie!

Delivery service is always fast and accurate and the food is delicious. I love the hodge podge sandwich and the spicy pickle chips! The chocolate chip cookies are yummy! I've also dined in several times and the employees are friendly.

Ordered a couple sandwiches here with my kid. Ate out on the porch with her service dog. Great service. Nice staff. Good place.

Downtown, late night spot. Bread was perfectly toasted!! So good!!

The #15 buffalo chicken is a personal favorite! I'll toss it up and get the meatball or Italian beef and they are just as amazing as the buffalo chicken. I haven't had a pizza yet, but I hear amazing things about the pizzas. I love salads so I'm always one to switch it up sometimes and get a salad instead. And the soups are also amazing! I've tried nearly each one.

Oh and the staff are so friendly and do everything they can to get through all the busy and tough times they have. I give everyone a bug thumbs up for the hard work they do to make amazing food.

Really good food, even the simplest options taste great!

I tried their Cheese, Southwest Veggie, Cheese Garlic Break, Tomato Basil Bisque and Broccoli Cheese Soup.

Everything was excellent, except the Cheese Pizza was a total meh.

I specially loved the Broccoli Cheese Soup.

And the staff is super friendly and nice. They came to our table to check on us multiple times.

Extremely quick and efficient service. The food is great and the vibe of the place is homey. The only thing I would say is the amount of sauce they put on the sandwiches is a bit much. I asked for extra on mine but my boyfriends Chipotle ranch was dripping off of his soaked through bread and onto his hands. I just suggest you ask for a little less sauce if your worried about mess 😊

Wonderful place to go. Staff is always attentive and helpful. Had to wait on my food, but was offered a free cookie for my wait.

Yummy! This place is so good! Not only was their Italian sandwich my very favorite Italian sandwich ever...but their customer service was amazing as well! I went in there with my kids & my friend and her kids and they took care of us! The employee named Alex was great! My kids liked it and so did the adults! Definitely going back!

Cole is a superb sandwhichier!!! I am extremely happy with the customer service, experience and overall quality of food. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment! The quality of my itlains sub was fresh, savory, and with added jalapenos master class worthy! Overall the staff was welcoming, experienced and highly motivated especially considering the hour of our attendance. I will certainly be attending this establishment in the future. 10/10

I give these folks 5 stars because it far beyond exceeded expectations! To start it was a nice clean restaurant with a great ambiance. The staff was very friendly and service was prompt. Last but NOT least the food was excellent! Whomever put that menu together knows how to build flavor! We tried the Hodgepodge and the Chipotle Chicken sandwiches🔥🔥👌 It was my first time visiting this establishment but it will NOT be my last!

OMG! I love subs and salads. I stayed overnight in Lawrence while traveling and while looking for dinner options I saw you had subs and had to try it out. I WISH I LIVED HERE! I would be a regular. From the perfectly crispy bread and perfectly portions of meat to veggies. I added avocado to my sub and the amount for the extra charge was amazing, not stingy and could taste it in everybite. Then to the salads we ordered... the dressings are to die for! Seriously. Best. Dressings. Ever! Also with the portions, perfect! Lots of times when I order salads it's tons of lettuce and a couple pieces of this and a couple pieces of that... I had toppings to the last bite. Again I wish I lived near one of your stores, if you ever make it to Denver area it would be great. Otherwise I will certainly have to stop again while traveling by.
