Very pleasant staff and quick service. Unfortunately no drivethru at this location but still a nice location to visit. Stop by and take a load off.

Coffee is better than Starbucks and they have a bigger selections of food items. I will not give Starbucks anymore of my money.

I love The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I almost always order an iced large caramel oat milk latte with extra caramel sauce. Smooth and strong just as I like it. Much stronger than Starbucks. This location provided great service. Their egg, cheese, and ham brioche is great too!

Stopped here every morning for coffee and people watching. Both were great. The endless parade of dogs was even better. I've never met a Tibetan Mastiff before, but love the breed now. Gentle giants.

The drinks and lattes are really good the prices are reasonable and their “take home” items are really tasty and well priced. Really like the vanilla late powder and the wellness tea blend. I have purchased these on several occasions.

Coffee Bean is one of my favorite coffee shops in the area, especially the one on El Paseo. The staff is always friendly, and I love the vibe. This is my main breakfast place whenever I'm in town.

I have such good customer service experiences here each time I visit. I'm obsessed with their iced sugar-free chai tea latte. If I need that extra kick, I'll occasionally add an espresso shot or 2 to it to make it a "dirty chai." Sweet & refreshing, it's hard not to drink it too quickly!

All the workers there were super friendly!! Great drinks and awesome recommendations. Vanilla bean cold brew was tasty as well as their caprese sandwich! Anahi was super kind and helpful!

Love this coffee shop. Can't sit in or outside yet so right now it's just take out. The staff is fast and courteous and they are following the proper Covid guidelines. One of my favorite summer drinks there is the Malibu Dream, it is fruit tasting some strawberry and orangey and maybe a bit raspberry too, make sure to get the whip cream! It's just not the same without it. Also they have a nice assortment of pastries and sandwiches and some healthy combo packs. I can't wait to be able to at least sit outside, they have a nice outdoor patio.

Best coffee downtown. You might find yourself looking at the pretty new shop across the street and think you should go in for a drink. However, Pretty new digs dont make the coffee taste any better. Get the goods at CBTL. The happy delicious face WILL make YOU prettier. No bitter sipping face here!

Came here to kill some time while I waited to go into Soak for a manicure. Nice and clean! Great service. I got the hazelnut decaf latte, perfect for a sprinkly afternoon!
