Starbucks

Was there 2nd and 3rd week of June last year for first time and really liked this location. Service, food was good and store was clean including bano. Fun sitting out front watching people go by drinking my pineapple refresher (water, no inclusions). Temp that time got up to 106 so was still nice sitting out front for a while. Air conditioning was nice though too strong if sitting along the windows under the blower. Probably could save money if they turned it down a bit.

This Starbucks has always been a good Starbucks. It’s centrally located, near all the shops and Has great parking facilities at the back. There is a little courtyard to sit outside when the weather is good, and it also has plenty of tables inside as well. The bathrooms are fairly clean too and the staff are friendly.

In a busy place of the desert and season was starting as well as Indian Wells tennis tournaments. Still smiling efficient staff with excellent skills. Internet as always but limited seating for that time but understandable

This location was on Palm Desert, CA...in early March. Nicely located store, very organized, covid protocols in place with with health safety screens at the BARISTA cashier stands. Staff was very attentive, courteous, friendly & knowledgeable. My drinks were made perfect, so was my husband's beverage, who was very particular. The only gesture missed was an "upsell" to make my experience complete as i could've tried a pastry to complement my drink. Will be my definite stop while we here in town & in the future.

I like this location…. Very central to Palm Desert and usually lots of parking out the back or across the road. It has a great sitting area at the front to watch the world go by….1st Friday of every month they are the classic cars drive up and down el Paseo so get there early…. Great time to Take the kids

I have been coming to this Starbucks for 5 years and have never been disappointed. The customer service is what I expect from a Starbucks, but they even go above and beyond that! I am always greeted so nicely by the whole team. Every single employee has the best customer service and always so sweet to me. They help start off my mornings right, and on top of that they make the best drinks and always get my order correct and on point every time! The best Starbucks and team I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks! I hope the company recognizes and appreciates they’re work, because it really makes a difference! Thank you Starbucks El Paseo & San Pablo! You’re the best and my fave ❤

Awesome and excellent service! I love the staff. They are always accommodating and friendly. They treat you, as they should, as a valued customer. I highly recommend visiting this Starbucks on El Paseo. Also, I love the fact this Starbucks is a evening cafe. So, if you want a great glass of Justin cabernet from Paso Robles or delicious dinner appetizer, this place is for you. Enjoy!

In spite what you might be tempted to think, not all Starbucks are created equal. The staff here are friendly and responsive, and sitting out on the patio in the shade of the big umbrellas overlooking El Paseo is well worth the price of admission, for people watching and way more than a few exotic cars.

I went to this Starbucks today to get a coffee and buy a juice for my 1 year old who was having a meltdown. The baristas were so kind and patient. There was an unhappy man who was staring at my son and I because of my son’s crying to the point where it made me feel so uncomfortable I grabbed our drinks, my son, and walked out. One of the baristas then proceeded to run out to us and handed me one of the Peter rabbit apple sauces for my son. Just this little act of kindness made me feel such a sense of relief. Thank you to these Starbucks baristas. Thank you so much.

Nice Starbucks location, however they did remove the long desk we used to sit at in the back. Replaced with three comfy chairs and small leg rests.

This Starbucks has been redone on the inside and looks fantastic. The staff is always friendly every time I am here. It's hard to beat the view when you sit outside and face the mountains!

Wonderful food and drinks.

Had a great experience having "Coffee with Cops" at this location. I'm grateful for local business and the Palm Desert Sheriff's Department for the community outreach efforts.

Love this location and they are very helpful they have a courtyard great view of the Palm desert mountain the store is not disappointing but peaceful and serine the birds are great to see the little pathway is spender with the matince man very friendly and capable to care wonderfully we'll go by have a look enjoy the great menus

Victoria is one of the most amazing examples of customer service! She goes out of her way to make to smile! Laurens drinks are great too! El paseo location!

This is a great Starbucks. Recently remodeled. Always clean. They have the nightime dinner and wine menu that some Starbucks dont have. The manager is very nice and always on top of things which is more than I can say for many of the other baristas.

Very good love that they have more options than other Starbucks. Amazing staff and extremely helpful they provide more than just coffee ☺

Mocca cookie crumble is my favorite to get when I'm here. There are chocolate chips in there too, almost like you get coffee and desert all in one :) Have a good one everybody :)

Very delicious food and drinks.You can sit outside and that’s very nice especially in the summer or when the weather is good.The staff is very friendly

The only thing I need to say is that the toilets could be way more clean

This location is wonderful...the staff is so friendly and accommodating to special ordering. The baristas craft your coffees just so...we will definitely visit this location every time we visit the desert ❤
