Best Buy was really great..Daniel was ...knowledgeable, experienced ...professional...top people to buy from...this store people are amazing...helped us make tough decisions on our needs

I had to pick up a sterio receiver I ordered for a friend, so I only went as far as the pickup counter.
But from what I could see, the this location is clean, organized, and welcoming.
The guy who helped me (who's name I do not remember)was friendly and efficient.
After being in Florida for 7 years, it makes me more appreciate the Midwest work ethic. You rarely see that down south.

Had a great experience a manager helped me out with my new klipsch dolby atmos setup...

The associate that helped me was so great to help me find what i was looking for only you didn't carry it in the store but gave me the sku so i could order it online.

I have bought 9 of the same 55" TVs here individually over the last 2 months.
BestBuy cannot be stopped.
They just keep getting more TVs to replace the ones I buy.
I tried to purchase 3 at once to throw them off,
they were all in store already.
I have been illegally storing these TVs underneath the Burger King parking lot for logistical purposes, and I will continue to purchase more 55" TVs until BestBuy runs out.

Nice experience when I ordered a new Samsung 55 curved QLed tv. It is heavy compared to the typical Flat screen tv.

I had an amazing experience buying a new phone here. The guys were very helpful. 10/10 would buy a new phone here again

My puppy ate our second TV. Remote so I went in to buy one. The fellow was very kind and helpful!

Several weeks ago my mother needed a new cell phone. Micky and Logan were extremely patient and helpful in working with my mother and me to make an appropriate choice.

I went in to get a scooter from this store. I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted so I expected to be in there for awhile but I was in and out within about 15 minutes and felt confident about my purchase. Madison is such a great employee and definitely deserves at least a shout out!

Everyone needs to get back to going into retail stores. We need to have these stores around for years to come.

It took quite awhile but I got what I wanted at an ok sales price. Nice people and a super expert in management tech helped where the younger inexperienced employees struggled.
No interest for a year. I got the Geek Squad 🤓 for support and setup 👌.

Found the TV I was looking for right away. Great sales person helped me & another staff loaded up. Was in & out within 15 minutes.

Had a nice young gentleman answer some questions about security cameras and bought an oufy. Would shop here again.

Bought 2 laptops and a year and half of membership cost me less than 1500!

I started shopping online for a new Apple iWatch & quickly became confused between all the different models.. I called Mankato Best Buy & an employee named Jim was so helpful! He was super friendly, kind & patient while answering my (many) questions to narrow down which model best suited me. I'm already a Best Buy account member, & this experience only proves why I continue to shop with / contact them for support! 🙂

I was in need of a new phone since I had the iPhone first generation and the battery on it was terrible! Walked in and was greeted immediately. Reece was the salesman who helped me out with buying and setting up a new phone so that it was all set up when I got home. He was really knowledgeable with phones which made it an easier process. Shoutout to Reece for his patience and kindness when helping me with my new purchase!
