AT&T Store

Cory was the absolutely the best. He did every right and went through every rope to get me switched over to AT&T which I walk out with the phone I wanted and better service. Cory was very professional at his job. I will give more 5 stars.

Kory (mankato madison ave) was the best sales representative I've ever worked with! So kind, friendly and helpful! If we need ANYTHING from here on out Kory is the guy we are going with!

Kory Barnes at the Mankato AT&T location was hands down amazing! We were wanting to get a device that met the needs of our kids and family but also had restrictions. Kory was very helpful in weighting the options between types of devices and the long term usage for those devices. Hands down amazing for the whole shopping and purchasing process!!!

An Angel indeed! In town for family emergency and my phone went on the fritz. Walking into the store a gentleman held the door open for me and graciously asked how he may help me. He promptly assisted me and resolved my phone issues. He was professional and personable. Thank you Angel.

My husband and I received new phones for Christmas and needed to get them set up. We arrived shortly after the store opened and the wait time was very few minutes. Kory was very helpful and pretty enjoyable to work with. We are not tech savvy but Kory was able to explain everything to us so the whole process was easy. We were very pleased with the experience.

We had poor service with an AT&T rep at a Target store in the Minneapolis area, that caused weeks of stress & aggravation. Kory Barnes @ the Mankato, MN retail store was phenomenal in getting the issues resolved. My wife and I will be asking to work with him when it comes time to upgrade or purchase new products

My 5 stars go to Marisa & Dana! Marisa's customer service skills are excellent. She went above and beyond, kept it professional, was empathetic and advocated for me as a customer. Marisa understood the challenge and took it on!

My boyfriend and I just moved here from out of state less than a week ago. I hate change when it comes to my phone so I have been hanging on to my (mostly broken) Samsung Galaxy S8. It was finally time to upgrade but I was really attached to my current plan and didn't want to change that. I dealt with Dana Nowak and she was FANTASTIC! She understood my needs, did not try to force me into a new plan, worked to keep my current discounts in place, and worked with me on letting me pick up the phone I ordered in store rather than having it shipped to a new address we aren't staying in permanently while we wait for our permanent place to become available. She wasn't pushy at all and was super relatable and very sweet. I was very happy that she was who we dealt with and I was very comfortable with her service. I did not feel scammed and even said that when I come back to pick up the phone (I wanted a green Samsung Galaxy 23 Ultra 512gb) I only want to deal with her. She and her manager were awesome and totally worked with me. I highly recommend this store and strongly suggest you ask to deal with Dana. You will not regret it.

Talk about awesome customer service! Kudos to Devin! Long story short-I transferred from Verizon to AT&T at Sam's Club back on 7/21/22 and I finally had a working phone on 8/27/22 thanks to Devin. After hours and days of being transferred from dept. to dept. and explaining my situation, I went to the AT&T store for help. Devin was able to help me right away. He figured out that the plan they put my son's phone on at Sam's didn't even exist and that is why his phone wouldn’t port over. My phone and my other son's phone had issues that Devin was able to figure out and fix. I am so thankful for his help and knowledge! He even packaged and shipped my trade in back for me, so I didn't have to deal with customer service again. Again, thank you Devin for all your help!

I went to upgrade my phone on 9/2/22, about 1.5 hours before closing time. I was greeted by a staff member who explained they were down a couple guys, and explained the service time promptly. Once I was serviced, I was in and out in about 15-20min. Absolutely fantastic staff who seems like they have a lot on their hands, anytime of the day.

I was on vacation and my phone broke. I had one hour before the store closed, and I was leaving early the next morning. Hector was amazingly patient, knowledgeable and thorough. He never pushed me to hurry up either. I don’t live in this area but would encourage anyone who does to visit this store and ask for Hector. He was amazingly helpful during a stressful time.

I visited AT&T in Mankato and spoke with Elijah. First I want say how clean and organized the store is and warm the people are. Elijah helped me understand my billing and showed me the new TV channels. He is very knowledgeable about what he is selling and likes to help the customer. I was very impressed. Thank you for making my visit a nice one not a stressful one.

I came with my mother to at&t to get a new phone because she broke her old phone. This required 2 visits to the store. Angel Soto was the employee that helped us out both times. He was very patient and helpful. It was also a plus that he’s bilingual. We definitely enjoyed our experience here.

Elijah Morris was fantastic. I have never been so impressed with a young salesperson. He was very straightforward and honest with me. We will be coming back tomorrow to talk with him about a new plan for our television. Thank you Elijah.

Justin was so helpful today! I'm so glad I stopped in. Originally I went to Best buy to purchase through them and the price just seemed off. I was able to stop in, Justin helped me get a better price than Best buy offered and helped me get my military discount. I've been with att for years and no one has asked that before! I feel so grateful he helped me out so much! I can't wait for my new pixel 5 to ship, I will be stopping back for an easy set-up!

I enjoyed the experience with the representative at this store. He was very dedicated to finding solutions to any problems to get them resolved quickly. I am very glad I switched my whole family over to the AT&T family plan.
