D Taylor at Urbana T-Mobile is a really nice person to deal with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very very helpful. I appreciate his going beyond what he had to in order to make the purchase and set-up easy for me.

Awesome people working there, they went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted. The guy on Springfield was going to open on Christmas day t for me and pick it up on his way home for me from another store. Then he called other stores close and I ended up driving 3 miles only to get it. And I've had Metro for 5 years I think. Been awesome!

I went here a few months ago and had a good experience. Their phones are at good price and a good selection of phone cases and accessories. My mom doesn't speak good English so it was very helpful to have someone bilingual help. I would recommend it over the other stores in town.
