George was absolutely amazing to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products he was selling, was patient, and was not pushy in his approach. He had our best interests at heart as he worked with us to find a spa that would meet our needs and our desires. If you are looking for a spa there is no need to go elsewhere. The sales team and the BullFrog products are absolutely incredible.

I stopped into the Bullfrog Spas store a few weeks ago to check out some spa chemicals. While there I met the manager George - great guy and very helpful.

When my old tub “gives up the ghost” I’d absolutely love to get a Bullfrog hot tub, those things are amazing.

UPDATE: Spa was delivered - delivery team was excellent to work with and very accommodating.
Once delivered, I had a problem getting the spa running (there was nothing wrong with the spa it was user error) so I called George and he set up a service appointment right away. Ashley, the service manager came out to my house THE SAME DAY, took care of everything and even spent some extra time going over operation and maintenance of the spa. Overall, I couldn't be happier with Bullfrog - great spa and even better customer service. From sales, delivery, and service - all top notch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
