By far my favorite Starbucks location in town. Wish they had a drive-thru BUT the staff is SO friendly and kind it makes getting out of the car worth it. I swear Mass St. Starbs makes the best drinks too!

I've always counted on Starbucks for a dependable coffee fix, and this branch is no exception. The ambiance here is inviting, with comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to catch up on work or relax with a book.

I ordered delivery via DoorDash this afternoon. I had a rough night with my toddler and I really needed this (in a first world kinda way, of course). I didn’t receive my coffee by accident, it was left out of the bag when the Dasher picked it up. Not only did DoorDash credit me more than what the item cost, a Starbucks employee wrote me a sweet note and gave me a little gift card when I reordered. Thank you for brightening my day with your kindness!! This is a much needed dopamine boost <3

Just love all the employees because they r all so inviting to the store. So, far my favorite Starbucks in Lawrence. Genesis is the most wonderful employee that I have interacted with.

The staff was so friendly. Weirdly, they all seemed to enjoy being there. I only went with a friend, I wouldn't have usually gone there, but the staff made my morning! That was 2/21 if that tells anyone anything!

The staff here is always wonderful! They are always super friendly with my little dog. It’s a pretty small Starbucks, but still a good space for studying and hanging out.

Staff was welcoming and warm. Got my Pike Place faster than you can say “yummy”. I believe one of the male partners, (Kiernan?) in particular was really helpful with helping my wife choose a drink she liked. Great Location for a fast, yummy drink on Mass.

I love Starbucks. This one was excellent, it's very small and on a corner. Recommendations: try the "star drink" it's super tasty. I can almost guarantee you'll like the drink. The workers were nice. It was welcoming and friendly.

Great place to grab a morning breakfast and coffee really fast! They were very busy but very efficient also, not to mention how clean it was. These people work hard and they get the order right more than McDonald's, and tastes better for the same price.

The staff is super! They great you with a smile and if they catch you as you leave, send you off kinds words. Parking isn't a big deal since the area is a great place to take a stroll and sip your coffee.

Camped out in here during a morning rainstorm while I was visiting with my mom. So happy to see this Starbucks is still on point. I’m also glad everyone here still takes care of Dennis like when I was in college. They even brought our coffee out to our table.

Wasnt sure if I should leave a review or contact local law enforcement but I'm pretty convinced Starbucks puts crack in their coffee. I have become entirely dependant on Starbucks getting me through my work week. Wich is why I've left a review. You cant narc on your dealer and then expect to still get served. Duh.

Very nice store in a beautiful downtown location. The baristas were extremely pleasant and quick. One of our favorite downtown areas to stop and visit when we are on the road.

Great place to sit down, watch YouTube, and drink coffee; if you of course wanna take a break from walking up and down the Downtown area on Mass Street. I highly recommend. 👍🏻

I like this starbucks!
The baristas are professional and courteous and usually know what they are talking about.
Also the setup is nice if you need some space to study or read, as they fit in quite a bit of seating in a small area.

The kindest Starbucks staff ever! It was slow when we went in & the baristas were so friendly & welcoming, drinks were made quickly & were delicious.

The people that work thier is what makes this place work. They get right and if they do not they fixit on the spot. They all ways take time to say hello and good bye. My family goes there to much but it is a great place to go for coffee, wi-fi- read the paper or just talk with friends. Do not change a thing it works

Friendly and fast service. Free wifi. Awesome employees. Definitely one of the better Starbucks I've been to, nice and relaxed atmosphere.
