AT&T Store

Outstanding customer service. Had a very unique issue which the manager went out of his way to help us & promptly resolved. Best independent AT&T store in New England.

Tyler was fantastic. Deserves his title as manager and more so. Went above and beyond, saving us money on our plan and outlining details about our ATNT membership to us through writing. A great person with a good personality, a model employee for ATNT. Deserves a raise.

Tyler was awesome! He was friendly and incredibly helpful in changing my service from Verizon to AT&T. It was much smoother and quicker than I thought it would be!

Keisha at the store was really helpful and nice. I had lost my receipt and she was able to find my purchase in the system and give me a refund anyway.

She was a big help we needed a different type of connector. Highly recommend!

Darnell was awesome! Not only friendly and knowledgeable but also ensured I got the plan that fits my business!!

Larissa the store manager went beyond the call of duty and is a credit to your company .I am a lawyer and often too demanding of people . There was nothing that was too much trouble for her .She deserves to be recognized for her technical and management skills

I was there 5 minutes before the store opened and was the first customer to be served. But within the 20 minutes I had my service fulfilled, five other customers came into the store. Each was greeted personally & codially invited to wait. A second customer service representative finished setting up and began helping the second customer after about 10 minutes. Both representatives spoke calmly and knowledgeably. My order was filled faster than at other AT&T stores.

Excellent service Hannah was amazing and took the time not only to assist me purchasing a new phone but she also helped me manage the monthly bill by reworking the plans my family were on. saving us money every month in the future. I am very happy to be an AT&T customer and Hannah deserves the credit for that.

Joseph was our service representative when we went in to discuss getting new phones; both my husband and I had older phones and it was time for an upgrade. Joseph did a great job insuring our needs were met and we got the best deals available. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Kudos to Joseph!

Just a quick note to thank Mea for talking me off the cliff yesterday after my phone was stolen—and helping me get back up and running with a new iPhone. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, fast, and efficient — a rare combination. Even though she sometimes needed to multitask with different customers, I never once felt like I was waiting, and she took the time to explain everything. She was even able to get me a sweet deal that I never saw on the web. Definitely pays to go into this store.

I was working in Newport for business and my SIM card unexpectedly stopped working on my company phone. Joe at this store was so patient and kind and acted like a bridge between me and my company's IT help desk as we worked out the problem as a team. He was able to diagnose the problem and properly instruct me as to what to do so as to get my IT help desk to make the changes on their end to my account to get my phone back up and running again with a new SIM card. Joe went over and above by continuing to work with me several minutes after closing time to make sure everything was set up properly and that I had full phone service before I left. It was a lifesaver and I am very grateful!

My fiance and I originally went into the store to cancel our plan with AT&T however, Angel, the store manager, went out of his way to help us lower our monthly bill. He also helped us fix our My AT&T app (we could have called ourselves but he wanted to make sure we were taken care of). Overall excellent customer service he went above and beyond your typical sales person and went out of his way to make sure we walked out satisfied. If you are looking for great customer service, I recommend this store.

I had one of the best customer service experiences here that I haven’t had in a very long time. The manager Angel was amazing and super helpful. My mom and I went in to upgrade our 5s iPhones to get iPhone 8s. I was a little worried going in because most sales people will push the latest version and we didn’t want the iPhone X. Angel listened to what we wanted and helped us get our new phones. He was super patient with my mom who is less tech savvy and helped answer all her questions and also recommended tips to help her save some money. When we got there the store was relatively quiet but got busy fast. Angel multi tasked like a pro and didn’t leave us feel pushed aside. Another employee Colby was working off to the side dealing with more problematic issues but I could clearly tell was trying to do the best he could for the customers. So overall really good customer service and attention would continue to go back.

Lately, we had to use the services of this store several times due to some lost phones; new phones; switching phones between family members, buying phone cases, etc.
Could not be happier - received a fast and a very efficient service from Joey every time to our satisfaction.

Joey was very thorough: he made sure that everything worked before we left the store. His technical advice was spot on. In addition, Joey was very personable and friendly- great smile.

When I was told my phone would need to be replaced I was distraught. I was so afraid I would lose all my pictures and everything else we value on our phones. I went to your store in Newport RI and Chris N helped me. He was able to save everything I valued on my phone. I needed to go there today to see if he could help me transfer one more thing and he did. He is an asset to your company and very knowledgeable. Thank you Chris.
