Fred's Pit Stop Peanuts

Wow, I loved the garlic flavor but loved the slow burn of the Cajun spices too so I had them mixed and what a tasty combo! What I enjoyed most was they were not too salty. I used to drive by his pit stop wondering if his boiled peanuts were too salty. Now that I know they are salted just right, I'll have to make a weekly pit stop. Ask him for a sample and see for yourself.

I absolutely love his peanuts. Due to peanut shortage we haven’t gotten them recently but I can’t wait to see him back in business! They are always cooked perfectly and have so much good flavor! Ate my first boiled peanuts with him and they set the bar! Nowhere I’ve been is as good as his!

Been eating bald peanuts since I was a kid. These are the best peanuts in the lowcountry. Perfect saltiness and softness level. Asked Fred if he'd carry sugar free soda and he said no so I guess that's my problem I guess lol. Only accepts cash, very friendly, sometimes nowhere to be found during the open days, so I just keep driving back to Summerville.

Drove all the way from Moncks Corner because I couldn’t find boiled peanuts anywhere. Found this with a quick google search and hoped for the best… got the BEST. Hands down the best boiled peanuts I’ve had in YEARS. 10/10 would recommend. This will now be my go-to for my boiled peanut needs.

I've been getting peanuts from Fred for about 4 years now & I have yet to find any that can out-do his! He is so sweet & personable, & the garlic peanuts are my absolute favorite with ham coming in second! I didn't realize there was a peanut shortage until now & I've been looking out for Fred when I come into town (I moved a year ago). Hopefully the "shortage" will be over soon because I'm dying for some peanuts! Thank you Fred for serving our community with your delicious peanuts & can't wait to see you again when this is over!

I used to live in the area and I've missed good boiled peanuts. I made it a point to find boiled peanuts before leaving town and heading north again, and I have to say Fred's are the real deal, legitimate!! He has Regular, Cajun, Ham and Garlic. Very friendly too!!

He is always very pleasant and his prices are reasonable. The Cajun is my favorite of the flavors he offers! If you’re looking for boiled peanuts, definitely stop by here!

They're so good! Made me reminisce back when I would eat boiled peanuts with my Grandma on the couch! The Cajun is my favorite.
