Gamers Only

I'm a frequent shopper at gamers only for the last few years now. I collect pokémon and it seems that whenever I go they have a great selection of singles and sealed product. Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm giving them a 5 star for the above reasons as well as my experience today, I feel it's deserved.
I was in today checking out the singles and I found a graded card I have been looking for.
The owner I believe it was grabbed the cards I asked for and was price checking and realized the card was priced far below market value. Rather than giving me a hard time he stood behind his prices.
I highly recommend you give Gamers Only a chance if your into any kind of collecting. It's a diamond in the rough.

Not a huge inventory, but a decent inventory of retro games, albeit not a huge selection. Good stock of controllers. Low on systems but all retro stores seem to be. Clerk was welcoming but not pushy let me browse in peace. A few cool memorabilia items. I didn’t make a purchase but prices seem to be between other retro stores and eBay.

Really friendly place to browse trading cards, classic video games and consoles, comics, and other related stuff. Great atmosphere and other like-minded people happy to chat about whatever your thing is. Seems like the sort of place you can just hang out in even if you're not buying anything that day. I will for sure be back.

Came by while visiting family, I’m from out of town so this was my first experience. Went on a Saturday and Alexander was extremely friendly and helpful. We ended up chatting about the game nights they hold over the week. Helped us find a specific Pokémon card and I bought an Assassin’s Creed game for only $8. Small store but very welcoming and well priced. Give Alexander a raise!!! <3

Amazing Service and Store!
The staff was extremely helpful and the store had a great atmosphere. It had a great selection of old games and tons of cards from many different games. The staff were super sweet too, and it felt like I fit in! Definitely going back!

I've had a great experience with their card games, and as a small business owner I can appreciate what they do. They go above and beyond to make it right if a product isn't working. It's one of several mom and pop game stores in the Greater Charleston Area and I do my best to support all of them. They have games I haven't seen in Gamestop in a very, very long time and even offer a disc clean and polish for scuffed products.

The employees at this store were so incredibly kind and helpful during my visit! i highly recommend shopping here if you enjoy card collecting or any older video game titles. The selection they had was amazing and on top of this what we found was very fair priced. What would be 45$ pre-owned at GameStop would be much more reasonably 8-15$, for me at least, this will be my go to shop for games from now on!

One of the VERY few places that holds a good selection of Retro, Card, and D&D Games. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I had a lot of fun attending their D&D and MtG Game nights. You can usually get in and out very quick. Their new website is pretty cool, looking forward to using it so I know ahead of time if they have what I am looking for. Would recommend them to anyone.

Very cool store with tons of retro games and all kinds of cards. Chill atmosphere and I've had lots of fun showing up and playing Magic. The owner is an awesome person to talk to and I felt very comfortable hanging out.

The owner is so nice . Tne toys and cards are amazing . I walked over 2 miles to gst there with my frwind ethan and id walk 5 more if i had to!. This store is the best store in this area definitely worth it. I had vad axiety and i still had great fun. The prices are great !!!!!coming back is not an (IF) but a (WHEN)

I brought my PS1/PS2 collection in and was well pleased. They took the time to lookup each item individually. Mostly common games with a couple of rare items. I asked a bargain price for the lot. I wanted my games, mostly in very good condition (cases and manuals too,) to wind up in the hands of proper collectors. The guy offered me a little extra since he knew I was lowballing myself with my asking price. Good people.

literally cannot say enough good things. ignore bad reviews, this place is incredible. specifically beth and ty, my friend and i came in the other day just looking for a "welcome deck" to get starting in magic (card game) and we're completely new to it.

not only did they stay after hours to hang out and teach us how to play, totally on their own free time, but beth actually gave us a ton of cards out of her own personal collection, FREE so that we could get into the game, just because she's a great person. i can't even recall the last time somebody was this generous and patient. this community is the sh*t. everybody in here was so down to earth and nice, can't stress it enough.

if you're debating coming here, don't. just do it, you definitely won't regret it. absolutely amazing people

I was on vacation from NC and decided to stop by and check out the LGS and I was super impressed. They not only had a great selection of games and cards but they were very welcoming and made me feel at home. I definitely will come back whenever I'm in the area!

I love their card collection of yugioh! I come in just to buy new packs and see Alex! My boyfriend and I love the place!

They have a lot of games and cool Pokemon cards . Really nice people! was there January/16th2021 and traded in my sega dreamcast. It's great being there and would recommend going there :)

Awesome shop with awesome, knowledgeable staff! A+ on your service and selection. I finally found the Charizard I was looking for and they gave me a great deal on the card and the trade ins I brought! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

Great selection and fair pricing not to mention excellent customer service. Stop wasting your money at places like Gamestop. This place has it all! Very satisfied with my experience. Will definitely reccomend!

Great store filled with cards, comics and retro games. They have a fun group of people that play Magic on Fridays (casual EDH). Highly recommended!!

Everything from games to comic books, baseball cards to action figures. You will find what you are looking for. Sold a gameboy advance and almost lost track of time looking at the fine wares.
