These guys are great. I had a not so typical switch from consumer to business contract and these guys stuck with me all the way. I don’t believe I would have gotten this level of service anywhere else. They even help me retrieve an old apple account so that I could transfer service on an Apple Watch from one phone to another. Above and beyond is all that describes their service.

I Just had the most beautiful experience in my life in a retail store. i was a customer of consumer cellular. they lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. my son has an account with Verizon wireless. He said, let's add you on my account, so we went to the Verizon authorized retailer in Kitty Hawk, N.C.. a most beautiful and gracious and knowledgeable lady by the name of "Amber" came to my rescue. she persevered where most would have given up. this "lady" needs a promotion and a pay raise immediately. i recommend this store for all your wireless needs. thank you "Amber". have a blessed and happy day. tours, Melvin Lent Sr.

I spent several hours at the Verizon store. But Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. She multitask and helped so many customers while she was helping me. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and made every effort to make sure every issue and question was addressed.

I dropped my phone and needed a phone for business asap Shamra at this store made the process painless and easy she made sure all my info and passwords came over and was so helpful. She saved me from alot of stress and business interuption!! Amazing customer service

This Verizon Authorized Retailer goes above and beyond to help the customer. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. They found me the best deal and trade in on a new phone. They replaced my daughters broken iPhone, installed screen protector, put on case and transferred all data, all with a smile on her face. This is what customer service is meant to be.

The people at Verizon when you call in messed up my phone number transfer. Besides the fact I couldn’t understand the man. Shamar at the Verizon store fixed it!! I’ll always go to the store if I have any problems!

Went to store with a crazy problem. My phone was texting the wrong number. Two technical support techs at Verizon support could not help me. Came in the store and Chrystal found and fixed the problem for me. She was so warm and professional. Totally recommend her to help you with anything. If she doesn't know she will work hard to find the solution. Love her.

Had a bit of an emergency. Got a brand new iPhone for an amazing price. Thanks to Shamra and amber my experience was wonderful!

LaWanda did a great job and she was very friendly and personable. The sales manager was very helpful as well. I was greeted within seconds of walking into the store. LaWanda and the staff made me feel right at home! They explained services to me and did not pressure me into buying ANYTHING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND visiting this Verizon store! It was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had!

Amber was great, it took 3 hours, but she did ever she needed to do to get me out the door with a new phone and tablet activated. Straight talk was giving Verizon a hard time, so Amber was very helpful and patient with all the hoops and calls she had to make to get me squared away. Thank you Amber!

The Southern Shores Verizon store has knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amber has helped us numerous times with our equipment. She recently helped me with a new purchase. I never felt rushed. She worked to provide the best plan and product for me. Could not be happier with this team of professionals. They are why I remain with Verizon.
