I had an excellent experience with Austin at Verizon in Urbana, Illinois. He was great about answering any questions, had a fabulous sense of humor, which I always appreciate when it comes to technology and he just made the experience calming. I get very nervous about transferring information from phone to phone. His reassuring demeanor made this an excellent experience. Thank you very much, Austin.

Johnathan at the urbana store went the distance to resolve my bill and phone issues. We had lots of laughs and first time ever my verizon experience was not stressful. Great attitude Johnathan you need a raise homie.

This location, and Austin specifically, ensured that I remained a Verizon customer. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, I was ready to move to T-Mobile or AT&T after the rude and unprofessional behavior experienced in person at the Prospect store (see the 1 star review of that location for details), and on the phone with the S. Neil store.

As a result of Austin's professionalism, product knowledge, and just generally being a decent human, we walked out with 2 iPhones, 2 Apple Watches, and an iPad. Austin saved the day, I was in a pretty disgruntled mood after my earlier interactions at the other locations. Thank you Austin.

This is the first time I walk into a Verizon store and not feel like cattle. Ar other stores I'vead to take a number and wait for them to call, and it takes forever. Can't talk to a person, just wait! This was quick to the point and got what I needed done fast.

The store manager, Joe, is excellent. While being the only employee there, he was able to provide more than adequate service to each individual while answering phone calls as well. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and offered plenty of help and suggestions while managing to bounce back and forth between myself and other customers in the store. I would prefer to visit this Verizon from now on if I have any issues in the future.
