Another store with some great deals and also very clean. The Staff was very friendly and asked Us if They could help Us find something instead of the other way around. We like that. Thanks for taking pride in Your work!

$15 dollars on clearance and the cashier said i had 2 bucks so I bought this and drove from tinley cuz they didn’t have my Size left. Just LOVE the color. 😂 still expensive for clearance… especially when they sell 3 dollar clearance leggings at Walmart. Not sure I’ll keep cuz I didn’t notice the fuzz coming out.

I just wanted to come on here and say the workers here are always so nice and just all around amazing customer service! i’ve placed two mobile orders for pickup online at this location and the website said the orders usually take 2+ hours to prepare and orders placed after 2pm might not be ready till the next day and both of them were placed after 4pm. They got it ready within 30 minutes both times! Some places would say f*ck that and wait until the next day or something. Thank you for not being that type of place lol. Keep up the good work!!

Very wonderful staff. Plenty offered help and casual conversation. Great deals that were clearly advertised. The bathroom was also clean and the woman's bathroom at least had a changing table. The store itself was clean and organized as well as no lines at the register or fitting rooms

I would put 10 stars if I could! Awesome customer service! Ayah was my girlfriend and I's cashier and she was so friendly and patient even though we had a line behind us. She moved quickly, yet did not make us feel like we were being pushed out the door. Will definitely be coming back for that great retail customer service!

Always love Old Navy! They have had amazing deals on certain clothes but the last time I went it felt like everything was on sale. It was great. The clearance was small but had a couple good items as well. I could stack the deals with the 30% I get off the full purchase it does not include clearance though.

Great pickup service. I just wish they had curbside. Going into the store with 2 kids is not fun some days lol.

Great in-store sale going on and took advantage of it. Couldn't find the correct size of pants I was looking for and an associate helped me order one and pay in-store and have it shipped to my house with free shipping. Great deals and great help.

Fast service great deals

I haven't been in Old Navy in a while but my daughter needed a bunch of new clothes for work. I actually found some pants. The best part was everything was on sale and then when I applied for their credit card I saved another 40%!!! Wow

Today I dealt with two lovely young ladies that helped me find a specific article of clothing. They were so helpful despite the fact that one of them was about to go on break. One was named Jude and unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of the other one. Great young ladies.

OLD NAVY of Orland Park, IL is by far a established store in our community. It is located roughly 153rd & LaGrange Rd. (East) within a ménage of other popular stores walking distance to one another. I enjoy shopping at Old Navy online & at the store itself. The site is easy to navigate and the store well laid out & clean. I find employees available to help with clothing, pricing etc should you need. Toward the rear of the store are sales racks with clothing that have been reduced/marked down. I find shopping at the brick n mortar an advantage for trying on different styles & sizes and importantly for high sellouts of online merchandise. The reduced clothing prices can be marked lower than a similar or same product online. The merchandise is a good value for families (men, women & kids) and has consistent sales and perks. Card members receive points and heftier perks at Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic or Athleta. I do recommend Old Navy for your casual and affordable clothing items.

You can get some amazing deals here! One dress I got was in clearance for 75% off with an additional 30% store wide discount, which made it cost only $1.79!

I prefer shopping at this Old Navy over all others. The store is clean and well stocked.
