I purchased a case of 600 on ebay that had a slight issue. After contacting them and describing the issue, I received an immediate response and was asked to send a picture showing what I had described, which I did. Within a few hours I received another reply thanking me for sending the pictures and saying that they will trace the order to see which lot it came from, I assumed so that they could see if any more had the same issue and remove them. They said they would get back to me asap and in the meantime would send me a free box of 50. I received them 2 days later and let them know. The next day I received another response with a tracking number for the replacement of the original 600 I had purchased that also arrived 2 days later, no questions asked. I was very surprised by the quick response and immediate action taken by Jonathan to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. I highly recommend these guys. You can trust that you will be getting the absolute highest quality product and that they stand behind it, at the lowest price.

Quick service for great products. Saves me so much money compared to store Bought Whipped cream and i can make it chocolate or vanilla flavored, or any thing else you desire. I recommend using this place!

Had some issues with shipping - which worked themselves out after a short delay - and a broken regulator, but after registering an issue with them through their feedback system, their digital marketing manager reached out directly, issued a refund and made sure I was satisfied.

Don't support the automated businesses, or the megacorps. support the small ones who are reactive to your concerns and take steps to make things right personally.

VERY poor customer service!! I made an order for my smoke shop. A customer rep named Ariana Lysaker called my phone and was very rude and hungup in my face. I texted her why did she hang up on me..her response was "shut up c*nt" I would not recommend buying from here. She needs to be fired ASAP as well!
