I visited this store (Orland Park, Il) a few days ago to have data transferred from an old phone. I was immediately greeted by Xavier. He took care of my problem very quickly. I had a string of questions regarding a new phone that he answered. I was very pleased with the service at this location. I drove pass two Verizon stores to come here and I will make this my go-to store. Staff were very friendly and have great expertise.

After having a horrible and frustrating day from being jerked around on customer service for about two hours on and off, and found out I had to go in store. Doug a version special went above and beyond for me I was having a hard time switching phones over and couldn't get my service to work at all, because they didn't check if my service was locked from my other provider: terrible mobile. Doug helped me with finding a new phone within my budget and was able to help me get my phone day of since he knew I wasn't able to put money down right away and went above and beyond to help me get that settled. I would like to thank Doug and his supervisor Cary (I hope I spelled that right) for going above and beyond for me I had a very good experience here and I would recommend them and be going to them from now on if I need help in store, Doug gets things done and I appreciated that very much!!!! Thank you Doug and Cary for making my day better

Great customer service, was greeted as soon as I entered. After a short wait because all employees were helping other customers; all my needs were addressed concerning my upgrades and other account changes. No complaints here.

I was quite flustered after the Frankfort store said they could not help me pay the bill on a new business account. I went to the Orland store and Leroy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me make a payment, provided a receipt, and explained how to set up the new business account online. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated Leroy’s assistance. Great customer service!

Received excellent service from the staff at this location in particularly from Jose Rojas. He was very knowledgeable and and fluent with all equipment questions and addressed all concerns. I left the store as if i could explain things to others. Thank you for the great service and keep doing what your doing! MB!

Took my son here to get an upgrade. We did have to wait a longer time (there were two people just standing around), but once we got called, the girl who helped us was awesome and made the process quick and painless.

Leo and the manager Kerry were awesome! They were knowledgeable and eager to find the info I was asking for on 3 different products. Efficiently and effectively made the process of adding a line and one of their hum devices to my account. Leo even made sure the screen protector was perfect before it left the store! Incredibly nice and knowledgeable they're my new go to tech guys!

We came in Black Friday weekend, and it was busy! We had an appointment and waited a little longer than our appointment time, but we got in and the customer service was great. Leo was great, he was even late to his meal break because he was trying to get us squared away. It was busy, but we still received great service.

Very Busy on Sunday.Came Back on Monday had a Wonderful young man who took care of my phone problem immediately.

Best experience I have had at a cell phone store. Everyone was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the plans. I received a breakdown of my expected bill. I highly recommend coming here so far my cell service has been great. Came from T-Mobile where they never really tried to help you. Switching over was painless.

Was in and out in about 5 minutes and the problem was solved. Customer service was fantastic and very much so appreciated.

I was at your store 2 different times this weekend and both Tammy and Michelle spent so much time with us and really went above and beyond! They were so pleasant to work with and really cared about our situation. They are both definitely assets to your company!

Jacob took care of my issues that I had. Telesales never changed my plan and we weren't getting the 5G UWB, Disney+, Hulu, etc. He changed my plan to what we needed and he installed my screen protector for me. He was very professional, polite and helpful. Thank you, Jacob!

Very Friendly knowledgeable Staff. I talked with Christy and she informed me I get a better deal online than at the store. So very Awesome!! Their not pushy or sell you something you don't need. They'll present you the options, but will notify you if you won't need it or use it, depending on what you do with your phone. Overall I recommend on coming here for your phone services and accessories... FYI don't get the Android or Apple watch unless your real Tech Savvy.. Waste money and can get you into trouble. For those of you that have one, knows what I mean... Lol

Brian helped us last minute. We had a great experience. After trying to handle everything online like verizon pushes, I got a dropped call after being ran through the ringer for 50min. Brian made all of the stress go away. We were to the point of switching carriers but from now on we will keep doing business with Brian.

The Best Verizon service in Overland Park Ks is at the newest store at 159th. The gentleman that helped us with our phone problems, Byron was wonderful!! We had big phone issues and that young man stayed with us on a Sunday from 4pm until 8:45pm. The store closed at 5pm. He worked his tail off multitasking with 2 other customers while having 2 phones on hold for different departments to help us. He deserves a huge raise! Unlike the 135th and metcalf store this store and young man was so sympathetic to our problems and will help when I get my new phone step by step. That’s the service I’m use to from Verizon. There here for all your needs. Stay away from John at the 135th store. He wants to sell you stuff, kinda, then inform you if you need help setting up your phone go to Apple store. He can’t help due to privacy. NOT TRUE. A store is suppose to help you from start to finish. John just didn’t want to take the time! Again Byron at 159th just off Metcalf is the man for all needs and provides the service Verizon promises! Thank you dear Byron!

My son and I had friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful Representative by the name of Corey. He was easy to communicate with. He didn't make me feel as if I was being rushed and he joined in with the small talk and jokes me and my son was having.

I want to thank the staff member Tammy of this facility for assisting me with my phone yesterday. My old phone screen was fading and was unable to access any of my contacts, files, and other things. Well, Tammy was very friendly, and more than willing to assist me with my dilemma. In the beginning, it was tough for her to access my phone due to the problems I described. This didn't stop Tammy. She was determined to access my contacts and files, even when I was about to give up hope. As I was going to thank her for trying, she tried one more thing to assist me and IT WORKED!!! I was able to receive my contacts and my important files thanks to Tammy.The file were very important to my job because I use this as my work phone as well. This honestly made my day given that my day wasn't really going that well. I would like to thank Tammy for taking the time to assist me and staying after closing time to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you very much!!!
