Dunkin'

This is the friendliest dunkin I have ever been to. Our cashier terri was the sweetest. 😁 our food was quick and hot. And of course got our sweet fix w some coconut donuts 🍩.

We stopped and bought 2 dozen because Garry wanted his own box,and to make sure i at least get a couple hence the 2nd dozen..,they are that good..purchased a variety..the employess were helpful and friendly..

I'm fairly new to Dunkin' and have been pleasantly surprised. I have been on a toasted coconut flavor bend here lately, and Dunkin' fixed an ice coffee for me today. This place is new to Kerrville and I've enjoyed their drive-thru service. Their folks are always friendly and provide the best suggestions which help me learn the menu. Two thumbs up!
Update: most recently used the mobile app again! It does get easy and fun! I highly recommend the Dunkin' app!

Used drive through for chocolate donut holes and medium coffee with two sugars. The service was quick, easy and the coffee was one of the best I've tasted. The attendant even offered to give my service dog a treat of whipped cream with a small dog cookie on top. Very K9 friendly and courteous to guest.

I went to dunkin today for a matcha latte and the man at the counter was nice and made me feel respected and I appreciate that. Good customer service is not common enough in this town.

I ordered an ice cream cake from here. It was so awesome!! Delicious!! And they decorated it so beautifully, the birthday girl loved it. If your looking for an ice cream cake, this is the place to get it. It was chocolate ice cream with chocolate cake. The ladies there are so nice and friendly.

The employees here are the absolute best! I’m a regular in the morning, and I always get the same thing, they make conversation and are very friendly! Love this Dunkin!

Today was my very first experience at Dunkin/ Baskin Robbins!
At first we walked up and their lobby is closed. There is a note on the door explaining they r short staffed! Which I will be telling my daughter to apply. Anywho I walk back to my vehicle and go through the drive thru.. ordered our treats
They named off every 25 flavors that they had! What?! So flipping cool!
I even asked for a sweet coffee the named off the cake batter!
Omg so good the ice cream and the coffee absolutely amazing!! It was definitely worth the wait!!

So the place is new to Kerrville. Choice variety is great, tasty and everything is clean looking. Plus I love the coffee/espresso. Beats competition any day. All new businesses need to be given time to adjust and properly train after opening, especially when it's swamped with business all hours of the day, just over a week being open and already more popular than 95%+ of food/beverage locations in the area. I've been in high end hospitality industry for 20 years. Any reviews that neglect to consider this in my professional opinion just need to give it time to acclimate and settle.

They did make good donuts but the flavor drinks were always out and forced us to order something different.

Its a smaller location, not alot of sitting room inside. We got ice cream to go and the girls did a great making the ice cream creations for the kids.

Munchkins (their version of donut hole) and crullers are delicious! Quite a variety of coffee and breakfast options - more than I expected. Excellent service given the parking lot/drive-thru is always full! My family and I will be frequent customers.

Always a good experience here. They ran out of chocolate croissants but I had used a coupon so the manager said to come back for one later. I did and she gave me two!

I have been here three times already. The service was excellent and the coffee is amazing. I must include the iced coffee has only been around $1 each. Not sure why they are given such bad reviews. I give them A+

All the people who work here are FABULOUS!!! friendly and helpful when u arent sure what you want..because you havent had your coffee yet. It gets really busy but its worth the wait because this place is great!

Great donuts and coffee not bad. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese Cresent but they were out of sausage not good for first visit.
