What a cool dining experience . I came with my daughter and she is still talking about our server. He was friendly and fun. I think his name was Eric. Good came out fast and was so good. Thr views were amazing and decor at the restaurant was fun.

Best view in Minnesota. The food was great. Everything was fresh, hot and properly cooked. Our server was friendly and had a great personality. We drove up to Duluth just for the day and visiting this restaurant was totally worth it. The prices are mid ranging. And they do have some happy hour deals. The dinning room was modern and clean. I cant wait to go back.

Eric did an amazing job at making us feel welcome and taken care of. Stopped in on our drive back to indiana. He gave my boyfriend a drink on the house for his 21st birthday, and a bottle of hot sauce after we said he liked it. super friendly guy and took the best care of us. recommend coming here:)

I stopped there to meet up with relatives who were eating there. I didn't eat so I can't rate the food. I had only a diet pepsi. The service was good and my relatives enjoyed their food. The restaurant is on the top floor of a raddison hotel. About 15 stories up, or so. And it revolves around, so the view changes constantly. I think it takes an hour for a complete rotation. Very interesting experience!

Took my son out for lunch for his birthday. Our server was awesome and the food was delicious. I had the Smash of the Week burger. So good !!! Very reasonably priced. And of course, you can't beat the view. ❤

I never visited the previous generation of this venue, and I did have the opportunity to read reviews before going, so I was not caught offguard by the new lineup. This is a great moderately, priced eating destination in Duluth,. I would describe the offerings as upscale With the twist. For instance, I had an olive tapenade Smashburger, which was delicious. This would also be a great place for a happy hour with friends, especially with those beautiful harbor views.

My wife and I came to Duluth to see the lights of Bentleyville. We stayed at the Radisson hotel with the rotating restaurant on top (Harbor 365). When we checked in we were told they unfortunately had one cook and 2 wait staff on duty. We did not mind the wait and sat at the bar. Instead of 40 minutes it was about 20.
Our waitress Jenna was amazing. Attentive, personable and a great attitude despite how busy they were.
Compliments to the cook as the food came out hot and delicious without a long wait.
We were impressed with how well everything worked and tasted. The view as well as the service we received was worth the few extra minutes we had to wait. Bravo everybody!

Take advantage of the daily specials and happy hour and you're eating better priced than McDonald's-With booze, lol.
Plus, the view is way better!

We were there on 2/1/2024 in the morning. We were very impressed with the Manager, Food and the breathtaking scenery. We will be sure to come back again. The service was excellent. Very Happy we stopped.

My friend and I went here on July 22nd. The atmosphere was inviting and the views were just incredible. Our server Tony was amazing! The food was also very good. While the menu was a limited as they were doing a soft reopening during my visit, it was amazing and offered something for everyone. We both got the spicy chicken sandwich, it was juicy and the breading had the perfect crisp! Definitely will visit again.

Food was great. burgers had lots of flavor and options . Mac and cheese was a generous serving and lots of flavor. both buffalo and bbq wings had good and crispy breading under the sauce.
Staff were friendly and quick. 6 adults and 4 children everyone enjoyed the meal and the views

We had a lovely experience and great view at Harbor360 last evening. The kids played Uno, one of many games on the restaurant’s shelf, and the adults reminisced about all things Duluth. Everyone was pleased with the food. Highly recommended!

I had a delicious wild rice & steamed veg dinner called The Morgan, with perfectly golden walleye...chef quality! Great service! Unique roaring restaurant decorated in a cook "rat pack retro" classy style. I recommend Harbor 360!

Our book club group of 7 had dinner here last Monday and we all enjoyed our meals and the atmosphere was great! Our server, Christina was terrific....we will all be back!
