This review is for the Verizon Wireless store on 6th Street in Lawrence Kansas. Great customer service! Greg transferred my old phone information to my new iPhone. I recommend this store! And when you call the local number for the store they actually answer it. You don’t get transferred to a call center.

Devyn was super helpful in trading in my old phone for a new one and explaining everything thoroughly. Very friendly, great service, this is why I stick with Verizon. Give that man a raise. 😁

I had a great experience upgrading my iPhone here. Tyler was super helpful. He made sure I understood exactly what I was getting and set up my new phone seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this shop!

We have had a great experience with Tyler every time we’ve been in this store and will now *always* start with this location versus the Verizon store on Iowa. Tyler is friendly, knowledgeable, confident and helpful. We had a difficult issue to solve and he was patient and came up with a creative solution that worked when nobody we could get on the phone at Verizon OR at the Iowa store could help. We upgraded three of our phones on Wednesday, Feb. 7, at TCC in Lawrence with Greg. His customer service was the best and it was an easy and efficient experience. He answered all of our questions and provided great information about the new phones. Greg was very patient and thorough throughout the process. We would highly recommend TCC for your next phone upgrade or any Verizon issues! The drive from Topeka was well worth it!

Went in for help with my 7 year old smart phone and my wife's old flip phone. Greg spent a lot of time taking care of me and didn't charge me anything. We've been width Verizon for 24 years because of folks like Greg Groves. We'll go back soon for two new phones.

I HATE buying a new phone! Hate it! I'm a 59 yo woman and not especially tech savvy. Intimidated and anxious, I recently visited Verizon at 4651 Bauer Farm. Within a 5 minute conversation, I was put at ease. My "silly" questions were answered with respect, kindness, patience and on my level. Greg and Tyler took ample time addressing my concerns and offering a variety of options. I called back twice in the week to follow asking for additional information. No problem. Again, patience as I learned. Wow! Thank you Greg and Tyler for providing a welcoming, stressless, and truly educational environment. One happy customer! Ill be back!

Greg went above and beyond! My business account (already a hassle) had a glitch that took 2 days to figure out. He stayed on it and got everything straightened out. 10/10 would recommend!

LCC in Lawrence, Kansas is the most friendly, customer service oriented company and store you could possibly want for all of your Verizon accounts and various brands of cell phone needs! Greg, manager of LCC Lawrence, and his staff are extremely knowledgeable, with little to almost no turnover thus providing stable, consistent help and advice. Although there is another Verizon option in town, there is absolutely NO comparison to the quality of service between the two stores. I would give LCC an even higher rating than 5 Stars if it were offered!!! I am very grateful to Greg and his staff for their excellent assistance over the years!!!

Greg @ TCC Verizon on 6th Street in Lawrence, KS, just spent time helping me better understand how to keep my phone from overflowing with “stuff”, which slows it down. He was so pleasant to work with, and I recommend him highly!

Tyler was excellent and helped me get my mother set up with a new phone transferred from T Mobile. He explained the plan changes, promotions, and process and had a lot of patience with my mom who is anxious with anything phone or tech related. Truly could not have asked for a better experience.

The gentleman working Sunday January 7th was very professional, friendly, and new his job well. This was the Verizon on Bauer Farm Drive in Lawrence Kansas. BEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY VERIZON STORES. My mom drove 1.5 hours to get me a phone and totally agrees.

The associates are down to earth and very knowledgeable. I'm am glad I came here. They made getting a business number easy and set it up for me.

Tyler was just great on a Sunday afternoon. He was pleasant, professional, and fast. Tyler made a data transfer much easier and even knew multiple ways to complete the data transfer between the old phone and the new phone. We highly recommend Tyler as a caring professional who has considerable expertise. We won't hesitate to return. He was upfront and informative about everything.
