Yesterday I came in and I had trouble with an order from another store and this store was so much better. There was a manager called Kaeley she helped me with my order issue, she was so kind, sweet and patient she stood out the most so I asked for her name. The customer service was delightful, the store was very full, she and the other girl who was there were very attentive to everyone there regarding the fact that the store was so full there was a line. I appreciated their help very much.

First time visiting this location and from the time I walked in and walked out the manager Hilda was extremely helpful, patient, so so very sweet and friendly. I purchased four pair of shoes and if they didn’t have my size on the floor she went to the back and thoroughly communicated. I’ve been to multiple locations and traveling from out of town this is by far the best location with a variety of shoes available, while also providing quality customer service. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be back in the future! Hilda truly needs to be thanked and celebrated for her hard work and dedication to her job!

This is my favorite location to visit as all the associates are extremely friendly. They go above and beyond to help out their customers. I met with Kassidy when I went in and she brought out shoes that she thought would look good on me and she was spot on . I love this store . Definitely visiting every time I go to Potomac mills .

Good golly! I want to first start off by saying how AWESOME my sales associates were during this global pandemic I have literally never felt so well taken care of. I came in the store 15 mins til close and they stayed after the store closed and helped me find the perfect shoes for my bachelorette party dress I just purchased. Shante and Kassidy thank you both soooo much for taking the time to make sure I found the right shoe and making me feel confident (and comfortable) in my decision. I wish every store had two of you in it. ❤❤❤

The staff was very helpful and was very kind. I took my time looking for shoes and they offered me advice and it really felt like they were there to help. Steve Madden shoes are my go-to dress shoes now

It is ideal for a special and formal occasion, in my opinion I liked it, I am very careful with what I buy and not just anything I like, I will try it and see the quality but I will continue coming to this store…👍🏼✅ 👟
