Jake is the man to see for all your cell phone needs!! He’s so professional in a laid back kind of way! He’s easy to talk to, he’s knowledgeable, he’s got a great sense of humor and a great personality! He’s also very good at multitasking! My husband and I live in New Mexico. We have family there in Arizona, we always try to make a visit to see Jake when needed! Thank you Jake!! Once again, you made our visit worth while!

A visit to this corporate store last week for help unlocking 2 phones - Imran to the rescue! He talked me through the online part and patently waited for me to successfully unlock my phones. I definitely recommend this store, don't waste your time at 3rd party retailers.

Worked today with Steven to get a new phone, a line added, purchase accessories, and deal with a smartwatch issue. This was the best in-store experience I’ve ever had (and I’m a long-time customer) and also the quickest . Steven addressed and explained the at-home fix, and wrapped up our purchase in 30 minutes. He even recommended additional savings on our account. Kudos to him!
