Starbucks

The cashier was very polite and patient with me. I don’t like coffee but I like the Frappuccino Caramel Crunch that I can get without caffeine. He recommended I try the chocolate cookie crumble and it was delicious!

First this Starbucks location so located in Historic Downtown Frederick in an amazing historical building. Every visit I have made here has always been pleasant even when they are busy. The location also has a great Holiday atmosphere during the Christmas season that is very enjoyable and fun.

This like most Starbucks was pretty efficient. It was very busy looked they they were in full swing of the morning rush. All hands were working and everyone looked to be working together. I would say they worked very well as a team. My Caramel Macchiato was made to perfection. Great store!!

One of my favorite Starbucks to frequent. It’s maintained the historic charm of the building and has that old school coffee shop feel.

The amount you pay for what you get is steep but this is a corporate establishment, but the food is good.

I've passed this location many times. Never went in, until this past Saturday. Best thing I could've done. Just wanted a simple coffee to pick me up. Staff was very friendly. I was amazed of the square footage. Plenty of seating. Restroom was very clean. I sat in the rear to discover their was also a patio outside. And lastly, music was very nice. One of the nicest Starbucks I've been to. 💯

Barista Charlotte was amazing! She was so sweet and offered to ground the bag of coffee I was purchasing for me. She made my day and because of her I will definitely be coming back again!

It is always a wonderful experience in this Starbucks. Super sweet team of fast, skilled baristas and cashiers. The entire staff this evening (9/25) brightened my day. So friendly and kind. We have a shop down the street so we stop in for coffee almost daily. Just wanted to give credit to these awesome people.

Recent remodel brightened the interior. More places to sit and a cleaner fresher feel.

I went into this Starbucks yesterday and had a great experience. The woman behind the counter was deaf, so we had some communication issues, but she really did her damndest to understand exactly what I was saying. She was awesome! And the drinks were made perfect!! Best Starbucks experience ever.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Hands down. I had to stop going they were so nice, here. They have such a good balance of corporate professionalism and local homeliness that it's unbelievable. I would not be surprised if they've (and probably have) won multiple Starbuck's business (internal OR local) awards how courteous, catering-to and not-afraid-to-let-you-know, they are. Hanna (not sure if correct spelling) got my coffee Sunday after Christmas. She was exceptionally kind and cheerful, her positive energy absolutely made my day. She is an excellent individual and a great employee. Thank you!

Besides the typical drink selection, this Starbucks doubles as a safe haven for when you want to work, read, escape from the rain, or metabolize your caffeine in peace. The old building feel is very charming and there is an extended back room with lots of seating and a patio which leads directly to the Church Street parking garage.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I love Starbucks coffee and it's my favorite downtown coffee shop. I run quite often and stop in to grab some water during my runs and they're always so kind to me. Love it here!
