Noah was extremely helpful with assisting me with filing a claim for my Z Flip 3. He didn't have to, but he walked me through the claim process over the phone and reassured me through the whole process. I will be back when it's time to upgrade my phone.

Kendrick was super helpful in helping my family switch over our lines. He listened to all of our questions and was very patient with us. I have never had a better experience at another store.

1/2/2024:
Stopped in to get some help with my wife's Apple I phone account couldn't figure it out.
We were greeted by Robbie, I think), he was very knowledgeable with the Apple phone system, very nice, friendly helped wife with issue and in and out ten minutes.
I 'very seen some comments with issues with service, help at this store since closing the charger store on Hwy K, and at first I'd agree first hand knowledge but decide to let it get settled in and since this is the second time I've been there since inital visit and so very much better experience.
The staff I've dealt with has been very nice, helpful, talked so I could understand.
We got excellent service and treated. Aery polite much more organized, very knowledgeable, friendly. Hoping it continues this way because continuing business with Tmobile is a prerequisite for us, all about service with a smile for us.
Good Job Tmobile (hopefully) his name is correct "Robbie), we were really pleased with his total service presented to us.

Well after reading below comments, I was not happy first time I entered few months back but;
I just went back in to talk about their internet was up and available, meet "Rob", first was very friendly, curious, knowledgable, seemed to know the products well.
Purchased the internet unit, the only exception I can say, he asked if I can plug in a cord. Then you can install it. We'll it was a fatal mistake, in today world younger generation probably is true but not mine. I'm not of the computer generation some luck failed, kept asking for a number I could not find.
So called store said call tech dept. Johnathon I called tech help their were very nice but no help, couldn't help at all and no idea of where I should go now. So call my go to company on computers.
He came over and $95. Later had it fixed and running great. He also assisted in connecting computers, printer, phones and TV electronics.
It's operating simply great,and three times faster than Hughes net.
I only have issue that Tmobile should have someone trained in their equipment and products as support, telephone service on product issues don't work and does give me serious heartburn, we are just getting fiber optics in our neighborhood so we'll see if TMobile steps up to the plate for customer service or not.

Camryn was kind, professional, helpful, and made the whole process of transferring and getting a new phone a breeze! He answered all questions we had and was just phenomenal overall. I’m very happy with my experience! 😊

My first experience with T-MOBILE rep Kendrick at the O'fallon store and he was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable!! So glad I chose to go!

Kendrick was a humongous help. We bought a phone out of state and wanted to return it. Unfortunately we didn’t have the physical receipt in hand. Kendrick not only helped us retrieve the receipt from customer service, but he took the time to work with the customer service representative and direct them to the information needed on our behalf.

With Kendrick’s help, the return process was much easier than the actual purchase process. Thanks again Kendrick for all of your help!!!

Kyle was awesome. Very patient with my previous provider who wasn’t making the transfer easy at all. He helped me pick the right deal for my budget and the correct phone for my specific needs. I feel confident that if I have any issues in the future I will have no problem getting the help I need just from revisiting the store. Excellent customer service. Thanks again Kyle!

Store was clean and organized and there were plenty of people waiting to help me When I walked in. Alicia was extremely helpful in answering my questions, explaining deals and offers, helping me pick out a new phone and getting my data and contacts transferred onto it. Keep up the good work!

I have had some very unfortunate luck with phones these last two weeks -- my Galaxy S22+ completely died, and my temporary replacement phone was having issues with the SIM card. Each time, the staff here has risen to the occasion and have patiently helped me each time I needed it. Nick especially is a superstar, staying past the end of his shift to make sure I was taken care of, even though he didn't have to. My family and I are so grateful for the helpful employees here!

The staff at this store is very helpful and very informative, Store manager Robert is great and one of the employees Hendrick is great also, they both spent extra time making sure my wife and I understood our new phones .

Ali is the best sales rep I've ever gotten to work with. She gave me every single thing I asked for and then some. My bill was exactly what she quoted me and she sat with me for a full hour explaining my phone to me. 10 star world class service. Craig, Malerie, and Bob were extremely helpful in her absence. Great job, Sprint! Would definitely recommend!

WOW!! I went in to pick up an order I had placed online expecting to be handed the phone and be on my way. Well lucky for me Bob W was there reviewing my account and providing me the best customer service I may have ever been provided. He gave me options that I never would have thought were possible especially after I spent the day online chatting with the online Sprint staff that did not come close to providing the type of service that Bob provided. I could go on and on about how happy I was that I happened to pick that store instead of another but I think it is obvious. I have already told several co-workers about my experience and will continue to spread the word. Thanks again Bob!!

I worked with Bob on upgrading. He is AMAZING!!! He really knows the plans and changed ours to save us money and even added a tablet. I would highly recommend him to any looking to upgrade or switch to Sprint. I look forward to working with you again in the future

I have an amazing experience visiting the 8634 Mexico Road, O’Fallon location! Dylan was a very helpful in helping me do my warranty exchange! 10/10!!
Corey and Micheal were also very nice and kept answering any question I had, they always offered me mints while I waited! Will def return back to this location to see these helpful workers !!(:

Stephanie was been amazing ! She was very helpfull with a nightmare in a BOGO lease that took over 2.5. hours to get resolved due to a very unhelpful guy names Steven zewalski at Sprint corpate on the customer service line who refused to let us speak to his manager at customer service. But Sprint o'fallon and Stephanie has been great & her manager georage!

After a very bad experience with Spectrum Mobile, I was welcomed back to Sprint with open arms. Sales woman Talna K. went above and beyond to provide the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I am very grateful that she helped turn my day around and put a smile on my face. Two thumbs up to Sprint O'Fallon and a huge shout out to Talna K. who knows what good customer service is all about.

Needed to transfer data from a broken phone to a new one. Was expecting a long line and wait, but Alicia got me taken care of in about 10 minutes. Very quick and courteous service. Thank you.

Michelle is probably the best sales person I have ever encountered. I would absolutely love to have her as one of my employees as she is very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I will be back because of her.
