Everyone was so friendly and helpful at this location. From the time I walked into the door until the time I left, I felt at ease. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything and I was well informed. They handled all of the transfer of my data and were very courteous and professional the entire time. I would recommend this store 100%!

I came in this store, almost in tears! My phone stopped working in between my home of Louisiana and my destination in Florida. Karmen and Corey calmly and patiently helped me get a replacement phone in no time. I’m hard of hearing and they were patient in helping me understand what my options are. I can’t express my gratitude enough!!!

I believe her name was Amanda. She was pleasant as she helped my ‘special’ Brother with his auto pay that had malfunctioned. Although he is a challenge and it took quite some time she showed respect and had patience and perseverance as she resolved his problem. As a result I bought a new IPhone 14+ !!
I intended on waiting until after the holidays but she was so nice to my brother it inspired me to give her a most deserving commission at that time. And your store far outweighs the competition!!

I was very pleased with the excellent service and care me and my family received as we got upgrades on 4 lines. As well as purchased 2 new Apple Watches. The attention to detail and providing us with all the products we asked for was amazing.

Simultaneously being on customer service calls for me, and staying after hours to make sure I was walking out of the store with the best case scenario. Brandon was great! He helped me get set up with my new phone. Other customers came in and he was able to multi task and manage multiple customers while making sure he was primarily focusing on getting my transaction completed timely and throughly. All around nice guy and awesome employee!

I've never had a bad experience in this verizon location, EVER! I am glad its literally one minute out of my way going home from work. I refuse to go to the one in Tillman Corner, that place is a JOKE.

Staff is super friendly and professional. They really helped my daughter in an emergency situation.

Very friendly and gave me a free charger since I was buying the case, screen protector, charging block, etc. Joked around while setting up my phone and the fee was like $20 to $30 dollars which was affordable.

My husband and I came in to upgrade our phones 2/13/2021. Amanda and Noah were the reps assisting us. They went above and beyond to make sure we got the devices we wanted and also made sure everything transferred smoothly. I will definitely recommend this location. The reps here are super helpful and go above and beyond for their customers.

Jesse was the most informative salesman I've ever worked with. He didn't try to pressure me to buy things but just simply offered and accepted what I could afford to do. He was very patient with the setup which ran into a slight problem but was solved with great ease. Thanks Jesse!!

Best Verizon store, Assistant was most helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Better than my usual Store in Tillmans Corner

I was very happy with my experience of getting a new phone today. Corey was extremely helpful. Showing me different options in phones and accessories. Not rushing me or giving me a bunch of “techy phone speak” that was over my head. Very personable and informed.

I have been a longtime loyal customer of another carrier. They were recently bought out by another company. After over 3 months of frustrating conversions and poor customer service, walking into Verizon and their welcoming smiles and excellent customer service was a breath of fresh air.
