I can not say enough good things about Anchor Bay dance Studio! We have been here for about 2 years and my daughter absolutely loves it! The staff is amazing with the kids and everybody (staff, other parents, and kids) are so friendly and welcoming! The other kids were extremely helpful and welcoming to my daughter when she first came here and I honestly feel like we have made friends for life. The teachers and all of the staff are very attentive to each students needs, they answer questions right away, and they care about you and your child. I feel like since attending Anchor Bay, My daughters technique has improved as well as her self confidence and she’s made so many friends. We love Anchor Bay dance Center and can’t thank you guys enough for teaching and being there for my daughter.

This dance studio is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond in every way possible to make each child succeed! They’re always willing to help and do everything they can, to make sure each child feels like they’re apart of the dance family! The staff/teachers/directors/coaches are amazing! Their personalities are out of this world and such a breathe of fresh air! My stepson has been here for two months and I honestly couldn’t imagine him anywhere else! If you want your child to succeed, feel at home, and dance like they’ve been doing it their whole lives….Then Anchor Bay Dance Center is the place for them!

Miss Katherine, (& her entire staff!) ARE AMAZING! They not only teach proper dance technique from day 1 - but do so in such an uplifting and positive environment. I love everything about ABDC & all dancers are in GREAT hands here!

We love Anchor Bay Dance Center! I have a very shy 2.5 year old. She loves to dance but takes a long time to warm up to new people. Ms. Suzanne was kind enough to offer us a tour of the studio so my daughter could get more comfortable before her first class. As soon as we arrived, she greeted us at the door, got down to my daughter’s level and warmly welcomed her in. This made all the difference and my child was instantly comfortable and so excited for dance class. All of the teachers and staff have been fabulous! They’re so fun and just naturals at working with kids. No one has rushed my daughter to go outside her comfort zone until she is ready. She’s especially loved Ms. Tristyn and Ms. Katherine. She’s attended about 6 classes so far, and we already feel like family every time we go. We plan to continue classes here for many years-as long as my daughter wants to keep dancing! I could go on and on about how great this studio is. I definitely recommend them.

After COVID shut down our previous studio we signed our girls up for the 2 week trial. From the moment they stepped into the dance studio they loved it!! The teachers and other dancers made them feel welcome and included. I have 2 girls with very different personalities, so many times it is difficult to please both of them with the same atmosphere.. Fast forward 2 years and they both still love it!! The teachers are amazing, they help the dancers learn proper technique all while making classes fun! The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is truly a family oriented studio where ALL are welcome and made to feel special. We just had a real recital with a packed auditorium and it did not disappoint!! It was so very fun and entertaining! If you are looking for a dance studio where you children will have fun, gain self confidence, build character, and learn proper technique look no further!

Love this team❣ Happiest my daughter has ever been. “You go in for the class and go home with a family!” Professional, extremely fun and all inclusive. Katherine is amazing and when her mom, sister and all the kids are there all the time you know you’re in the right place. You become family! Bonding just happens! Beautiful new studio ! Ms. Katherine is the best dance teacher ever ! She makes dance fun while teaching and inspiring our kids to do there very best. Ms Katherine has been my daughters dance teacher for the last 7 years at her previous studio and I couldn’t ask for a better teacher or a better person for my daughter to learn from and look up to. My daughter wanted to stay with Katherine so we joined her new studio and are extremely impressed with how it looks and how efficiently and friendly the whole experience has gone. My daughter just told me today that she loves the new studio and just in the past 2 days she feels at home and has made new friends that feel like forever friends!

Five stars is not a high enough rating for this studio…..they deserve 100. They teach teamwork, values, and personal growth with as much emphasis and fervor as they develop and shape talent on the dance floor. Every piece of that puzzle boldly shines with each performance and in every show-stopping smile.

Previous experience with other studios left a very bad taste in my mouth. My daughter danced competitively for almost 10 years. She had a beautiful talent and although it was a huge part of her life, the politics, environment and treatment in this arena were so scarring that she gave it all up. When my son expressed an interest, I was on the fence. While I wanted him to do what he found interesting, he was already struggling with socialization and self esteem issues. The mama bear in me was so hesitant, wanting to avoid exposure to the same experience. I searched long and meticulously and am so grateful to have landed at Anchor Bay Dance Company. We were immediately welcomed with open hearts and open minds. Where most studios only have a handful of boys, they have enough for an entire team and at multiple age levels. There are zero cliques amongst students and parents alike, and they fiercely promote the ‘village’ environment in every position -front desk, parent, student, and student.

Joining this studio was one of the best decisions we ever made. My son’s talent and personal growth has come so far in just one year and he has grown his interest from a mild, fascination to a deep-rooted adoration and love. The friendships he has developed are life changing and the faculty is AMAZING!!! They train hard and not only for awards, but for personal excellence, development in work ethic, and commendable character. ABDC is by far the brightest Diamond in the rough. You will not be disappointed!!!

This studio is Amazing. My kids love dancing dancing here and just being there in general. It's never difficult to get them there but always difficult to get them to leave because they love it so much. They have made friendships that willast a lifetime. The staff tend to each of my kids individual needs. They help them not only in technique but with their confidence too. I am so proud and honored to be a part of the Anchor Bay Dance Center family!

My wife and I wanted to get our 2 year old daughter into a dance program and we found Anchor Bay Dance Center right when they were opening. We could not be more pleased with what we have experienced. I was very hesitant about how she would do as 2 year old's tend to have shorter attention spans but she loves it here! Katherine is a phenomenal instructor and always took the time and showed great patience with my daughter even when she wasn't always willing to cooperate! All of the staff have been amazing to deal with and the facilities are great. If you're looking for a great dance studio in the area you don't have to look far!! Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family.

I also appreciate all of the precautions taken and constant communication with updates during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were able to keep some sense of normalcy through the crazy times with zoom lessons that were enjoyed.

My experience with the studio has been nothing but positive. It’s exhilarating to see how happy the kids are that dance here are. They are not afraid to test their limits or put on the best performance that they can. This is why they are successful at competitions.

As a dad, I participated in the “Dad Dance”. I came in with zero dance experience and felt completely free to fail :-) And because of this philosophy not only did I learn to dance, I also discovered that I enjoy it and I’m looking forward to taking classes here in the future.

This year my daughter asked to try a new activity. She wanted to start taking dance classes. We were unsure because she is an older child and just starting out. We are both so happy that the classes are going great. She LOVES Katherine and the rest of her teachers. She has made new friends and learned so much already! I absolutely recommend!

Miss Katherine has been teaching my son for several years and we could not ask for a better experience.
