I LOVE the tea 🍵 lattes... I MOSTLY love the Customer Service at this location... Well trained, polite, FRIENDLY, courteous AND kind... I imagine the work atmosphere must be amazing for them to serve the public with such excellence and professionalism... Good job trainers, management, and staff...

This is a great place for having a quick meeting! Really enjoy their iced coffee with sugar free vanilla. JIM and Kathy and staff are very friendly and support the local community.

I go out of my way to go inside. Always great people working. Even when busy or short handed they make you feel important. Best coffee in town!

This was my favourite Biggby so far.
The staff were cool. You can tell they're efficient too.
Drinks were made fast but with care are were delicious.

I visited Bigsby for the first time & my experience was AMAZING. The staff Bob that worked the window was amazing: he was so upbeat & pleasant. I got a couple of muffins blueberries & coffee & the sweet tooth coffee. I will definitely visit again.

I visited Biggby in New Baltimore and it was great! Service was fast and efficient. Coffee and muffins were delicious! I would highly recommend a visit to Biggby in New Baltimore!

Only reason I put 3 on service is because they are always full of people. Coffee is great, the people are absolutely beautiful and the price isn't that bad for coffee house

The staff was courteous, and the service was swift. They were extremely patient as they awaited my order while I was on the phone with a friend (getting his order, but there's no line at that time). The product they recommended was excellent and worthy.

The people behind the counter were kind, quick, and we had great conversations while our drinks were being made. Certainly made us feel welcomed, and we will be coming here whenever we're nearby.

I come here every morning, the line could definitely go faster, if you're in a rush don't come here for a quick drive by. But if you do have the time, definitely come.

Never been there...was my first time...awesome service....got a free coffee from the gentleman who was working drive thru...best coffee ☕ I ever had...my new coffee place...out ranks Starbucks in taste and quality and quantity...and not expensive

Biggby is one of my favorite coffee houses to go to - mostly because I enjoy their tea. This one is in a great location in New Baltimore and has a nice lounge area. Highly recommend

I love them here. They recognize me when I come up, and always have a pleasant little conversation. Very friendly, great quality drink, honestly it feels like friends when you go. And inside is always cozy, and very relaxing.
