There’s a guy on here who has bashed Jeremiah at Geek Squad and I just have to say, how awful of a person do you have to be to reply with incorrect information on such a nice gentlemen. Firstly, he’s helped us with our iPhone 13 Pro Max issues, APPLE DOES NOT SEND OUT REFURBISHED UNITS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. Another helpful piece of information, if you look at the model and it starts with an F then it is refurbished. Jeremiah on the other hand was OUTSTANDING he told us it would be roughly 3-5 business days and we got it in 2. Cordial and professional. I would recommend this service again. Ignore the dunce whoever wrote their unsolicited opinion about Jeremiah please!

Mikey helped us tremendously today. He gave us great advice, and was able to resolve our electronic problem quickly. He was very friendly and informative, and we bought a 2 yr warranty per his advice. If we need to come in again for electronic help, I would seek him out.

Came here and was fortunate enough to be assisted by an technician by the name of Jobie (I might be spelling his name incorrectly). He went above and beyond in helping me out. They were really busy, and I had an appointment, but they are always really professional and nice. I had them upgrade my ram and they removed some bloatware and cleaned up my PC too.
