Best Service of any UPS Store I’ve tried.
Was given an incorrect address to overnight to, but Ian and team went out of their way to get it returned to the store and then called and shipped it to another state. So hard to find Customer Service like this any more. Thanks again Ian!

Every time I go into this store, there’s fast and friendly service. No matter what time of day I go in there, I never have to wait more than five minutes in line. They are very friendly and take care of me within minutes. I definitely recommend this store for all your shipping and Amazon returns.

I recently brought in a bunch of Amazon returns for processing, and the manager Flin completed the transactions very quickly and then went above and beyond to prevent me from making a mistake that would have necessitated a second trip to the store and generally ruined my day.

Aside from that great experience last week, all of my other interactions with this store have also been quick and easy. I definitely recommend this place. The only negative about it is that the location is often surrounded by dense traffic and never ending construction. I will continue to do my business here despite that slight inconvenience; the competent and efficient customer service is worth it.

The Staff's at the UPS Store are always friendly, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. They will offer you a receipt after each transactions. If your package has a label, they can not give you a receipt because it has a prepaid postage.

Although 5-10 minutes to closing a very friendly & helpful staff. Patience w/ a middle age woman not as sharp w/ technology. Great experience of customer service.

Mr. Flin the Branch Manager did an excellent job notarizing our documents and assisting us thru difficult legal paperwork! Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Mailing back Amazon package, this store package the product, prints label from the barcode off your phone that Amazon emailed. The employee was friendly and knowledgeable.

they've been great - I have a mailbox there for packages and they know my face/number by heart when I walk in haha Shipping and shredding has always gone smoothly too

The line was long but the staff did a good job of getting all of the customers in and out in an efficient manner and remained polite the entire time.
