One of my new favorite jewelry spots. The employees are always so helpful, they make everything quick and easy, I've never had any issues and I've bought plenty of quality pieces from here. The credit program is awesome and I love the fact that have fair prices.

I highly recommend this place for ear piercing! I took my daughter (5months old) for ear piercing. Jade was so kind, patient and professional! She took her time getting the placement just right. Calmed us anxious parents down and was so sweet with my 8 year old throughout the whole process. This was the best experience. I plan on coming back for my own piecing, as I now trust no one else but Jade / Banter with the job!

Absolutely Perfect! My 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced by Ms. Jade and Ms. Leslie today and it was a fantastic experience. My daughter was nervous when we first got there and Ms. Jade patiently talked to her about what the process would be like, showed her the piercing tool and was so kind and calm. She didn’t pressure her at all. After walking around the mall for a few minutes to gain some courage my daughter was ready. Ms. Jade took her time to ensure that the placement dots were in just the right spots. Then she and Ms. Leslie pierced both of her ears at once. It was the perfect ear piercing experience. I highly recommended them! Thank you ladies!

Absolutely love Ms Jade! She is so sweet, professional and an absolute joy! She was working by herself and 6-7 customers all at once and the computer system went down. Never did she lose her cool, she was rebooted the system, thanked all the customers for their patience and was attentive to each and every one of us! Best customer service I’ve had or seen in a long time.

Had a great experience here. Jade pierced my ears and was fantastic. She took her time with the placement and it payed off. She made sure I was comfortable and understood all the care instructions. And everything felt very sanitary and safe.

My daughter decided to have her doubles added to her ears for her birthday. The ladies at Gurnee Mills were professional and took their time to make sure the placement was perfect. They explained care well and we are so pleased with our selections. we will be back!
