Every single staff member was pleasant , cordial & helpful . The facility is spotless & I would feel comfortable if I had to be a patient there .

The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They made sure registration went easily and then enthusiastically guided me to where I needed to be.

Staff are pleasant and persistent at getting clients to take their pills.
The place was busy when there over two days I visited my uncle, but not over noisy.
Everything kept clean. All the areas we were in smelled clean, no left over smells of previous accidents.
Quality is Better than what I expected to see.

We had an incredible time visiting St. Joseph’s and having a private tour of the grounds. There is so much intention behind the facility and rooms. We loved seeing the lights up outside and seeing residents going out to see the lights in Westbrook. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. It’s such a warm and inviting place you would be happy to know your loved one is staying at because they’re in such great hands.

St Joseph’s is a busy place! Lots of people, doing lots of jobs! We are always impressed with the friendly, hard working members of this team! We have a parent in residence and have been very pleased with the responsiveness of the staff to any concerns. Keep up the good work!

I had a wonderful experience the patient we went to visit was very content. Happy had a beautiful room. The staff was very helpful, helpful very welcoming. It was a great experience.

St Joseph’s is a fantastic facility. Clean, up to date and the staff are excellent. Very traveler friendly, they made this nurse feel right at home. Would definitely highly recommended this facility as a place to work at.

My father is rehabbing at Saint Joseph's. Although it is a little outdated, he seems as though he is enjoying the staff, PT, and OT. Yesterday they ordered a lot of food from Amato's for Superbowl snacks, my dad liked that. The staff is friendly and the generational living model is special for all parties. One negative is people smoking in their cars and throwing the butts on the ground. Hopefully that can be remedied proactively (signs & butt waste containers) rather than added onto maintenance's to-do list.

Great staff, friendly environment, very professional , excellent care facility

My mother transitioned yesterday from another facility. Saint Joseph’s has attended to every detail in order to make this an extremely smooth transition. The staff has been so kind, professional and welcoming.

Everyone is kind and caring and display much compassion and attention to the residents.

My mom has been in this facility since March. My family and I appreciate all the staff. They are outstanding and understanding. You really can't find a better place for your loved ones.

Saint Joseph’s Rehab has been amazing. The CNA’s are amazing. The nurses go beyond the loving caring care. The team of workers and are excellent. The cooks are amazing and everything is delicious.

It may be 🌧☔ raining,snowing,or ☁ cloudy. The Sun 🌞😎 is always shinning at Saint Joseph's Rehabilitation and Residence. I feel Very Fortunate to have these hard working Nurse's, Doctors and Nurses Aides and Volunteers helping our Family.Thank you All.

The admin team and the front desk lady are amazing how ever my husband has been dropped multiple times and they don't do anything about it most of the nursing rehab center staff are okay but some CNAs shouldnt be able to work here they are so disrespectful and cuss at my husband Bec he has to wear a brief and can't walk to the bathroom I understand my husband is very young but he was in a coma and lost all his ability to eat feed himself use the bathroom wallk he has to learn it all again but I don't appreciate the cussing Bec he can't do it the cleaning team is amazing and help whenever possible Jocelyn And falice is the best CNAs available

It takes time in the beginning when you have a loved one in a nursing home, for everyone to be on the same page. But after that, they’re very understanding for what their needs are I recommend this place very much so.
