Chicago Ramen Algonquin

Chicago Ramen was an absolute delight! Warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

They offer a variety of ramen options and other dishes including vegetarian friendly. The broth was rich and flavorful. The noodles were perfectly cooked with - fresh, high-quality ingredients. Definitely recommend getting the extra egg.

Will definitely be back here!

We came at a very busy time where there was only one waitress and two cooks. It was worth the wait. The food was delicious and the service was amazing. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!!

First time my boyfriend and I tried this spot. We both REALLY enjoyed & have made plans to come back. I don’t usually like ramen, so I opted for sushi (avocado roll was SUPERB) but I tried the spicy chicken ramen my boyfriend ordered and it was super yummy! I am genuinely looking forward to ordering that next! Service was wonderful! Atmosphere was great and I just loved the spot! Thank you!

I had the pork cutlet curry. It was delicious tastes exactly the same as when I ate some in Japan. Haven’t tired the ramen here yet but my sister ordered some and it looked yummy. If it’s to the same quality of the curry I’m sure it’s good

Ramen is delicious! Our go-to ramen place in the area. Restaurant has a nice and cute atmosphere. It's very family friendly. The kids ramen option is the perfect portion. Our kids look forward to eating here!

I really enjoyed the food. I'm a Ramen fan so I wasn't disappointed - I didn't even stop to take a picture of my food, I dived right in. The only thing I wish I had was a fresher piece of lime to enhance the flavor. It clearly was an old piece of lime so I just enjoyed my Ramen experience without it.

I have been for a while looking for a good rawman spot i have found it. The flavor was amazing and the noodles are big witch I think it makes it taste better and the pork falls apart in the mouth the service was great watch the chef make the meal was cool to see as well I will definitely be coming back

Really enjoyed our meal here. We tried the oyster hot dog on a whim, and let me tell you, it was soooo good!

I’m a big foodie and loved eating here. I got chicken ramen and my partner got spicy tsukemen. I’ll be coming back for some more nice warm ramen. Also I know I didn’t take a picture but there was a small menu for crepes! I wanna try that next time

The workers are always super friendly and the food is exceptional!! After placing our order, the ramen usually comes out soon after. Dillon was our server and he was super helpful!

I just had my first experience here and what a fine dining experience it was. I found servers very accommodating and helpful. Hospitality is fully alive here! Food presentation stunning. My vegetable ramen bowl came with abundance of saffron on top and per request hot spices on side. Delicious!!! I also tried their “Addictive cabbage” appetizer and yes! I ate the whole plate. It was crunchy and spicy with a little tang. Because it is a cloudy rainy day i decided to order hot tea as well and this was my first time i actually enjoyed matcha tea!!! It’s usually too bitter for me but not this time. Watching the kitchen activity behind the bar was an added bonus. I felt completely transported into another world. Highly recommend !

I ordered the Spicy Vegetable Ramen w/ Egg and it turned out incredible. If you want extra protein, I recommend adding another egg.

I ordered the spicy ramen with egg and corn. Delish!! Perfect spicy. Excellent service! Also ordered takoyako and dandelion tea. All excellent. I highly recommend.

Run, don’t walk to the new Chicago Ramen in Algonquin Commons. My new favorite spot! The inside ambiance is great, a lot of attention and detail went into decorating the place. I tried the Tsukemen Ramen with Cha-Shu and it was so tasty with a very good portion size. My server was also really attentive and kind/helpful. I’ll be back to try more on the menu!

The calamari is amazing! I’ve gotten the white miso and the red miso (picture attached) ramen and they’re both delicious. Prices are also reasonable and the place has a great vibe.
