Woman in drive thru was very friendly. Everyone I saw inside including her were working their butts off but kept their composure and handled the long drive thru line very well. Drink was excellent. Thank you all

The staff at this location are super great and work very hard to keep orders inside the store and the drive thru moving along quickly. Everything here is always delicious and perfect

Good Place kinda small, but it's still peaceful

1. chai tea latte with almond milk, brown suagr, caramel drizzle and salted caramel cold foam 🤤.

2. matcha latte with 2 pumps of vanilla and strawberry cold foam 😋.

3. Caramel Ribbon Crunch with extra caramel and instead of whipped cream on top, vanilla sweet cream cold foam 😩.

This location has a pretty solid team and handles the worst people. They’re always overrun however, going inside doesn’t mean you get your drinks before everyone else people!!! Don’t blame the workers when they’re getting hit from every end!!!!! I always talk to the same lady at the window or if I come inside we’ll chat while she makes drinks, such a doll.

Where do I start? The young barista Aysha is an amazing young woman! Her smile brightened my morning. I had recently got some bad news and she took time out of her barista duties to lend me a shoulder to cry on. She is truly an amazing worker and Starbucks is lucky to have her. Thank you Aysha!!!!

The most friendly staff. On holidays, they are BUSY. But that is expected.. All other days they move customers and give above and beyond service. Sometimes I go without knowing what I want and they always give great recommendations. I understand all these tik tok trends and such can get annoying, but they never get mad when I ask them to make a drink and I love that. Great experience. I willingly spend my money here.

My favorite Starbucks ever! The baristas always handle huge, busy rushes with expertise. They never messed up any of my orders, they have genuine and kind staff that is knowledgeable and courteous. I couldnt say enough about how appreciative I am for this location and the people who work here

So, after reading some of these reviews I have to say, do people not realize this is coffee? I come here at least a few times a week everyone who works here including management are good hardworking people. Many of the workers at the window make me feel welcome and like we’ve been friends for ever! I’ve been present when workers have fallen or spilled drinks on themselves, because they are trying to hustle and get their customers taken care of and THEN I have WITNESSED them been spoken to like peasants !! Seriously why do we think this okay? Let someone come to your job and treat you like this! These employees come here every day to make our coffee and it’s just that , coffee ... it’s a luxury so the least you can do is be nice! These guys are hard workers, I always see them cleaning up and hauling heavy trash away with smiles on their faces. Let’s be good to our fellow humans, people!

Such a great crowd of employees... genuine and kind, It’s just the little things and even though the property is small and a pain to navigate I do enjoy the food and my coffee also the patio is open! It’s a nice little get away! I love when Heather is in the window. I feel like she remembers me. Even though she probably makes everyone feel like that. Sweet group of people working there.

I really like this location. All of the employees here are, without fail, friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I was helping a friend make a memory board for a grad school course. It involved sorting hundreds of pictures, arranging them artistically, then gluing them in that pattern to a big fold-out poster board. Since they got rid of the big table during the remodel, we were trying to do this on one small table.

Seeing our problem, and given that it wasn't busy, they rearranged a few smaller tables so we could lay the pics out on the posterboard rather than do it on a table then move them all and try to replicate it on the board. This made it go so much faster and easier.

One issue: The far corner, opposite the main door, gets *really bloody cold* in the winter. I don't care if you're one of those people who "never gets cold". So am I. It didn't matter. If you plan to study or work for >15 minutes, bring an extra sweater. I guarantee that you *will* get cold - and it'll be sooner than later.

Recently remodeled store looks amazing! It wasn't busy when i went around 4pm. The atmosphere was calm and the staff were friendly. When i picked up and took a sip of a new beverage i was trying for the first time, the barista asked how i liked it and briefly explained how she made it.

The guy who took care of us at the drive through helped my daughter pick out fantastic hibiscus refresher with so much patience I just had to tip him! Thank you so much! Definitely a return customer!

I went through the drive through today to use my stars on a free drink and when I got up to the window I saw the supply shortage sign. I asked the batista for a recommendation and they made me something super delicious!!!! The employees were so kind and super patient even though there was a rush. And when I got up to the window, the barista wanted me to try the drink and make sure I liked it (since it isn't on their menu) I love how talented the baristas are and how proud they are of their concoctions! This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations!

I’ve been to this location at least twice a week for the last three months. Every employee I’ve interacted with has been nothing short of kind and welcoming. Whenever Heather is working the window she greets me like we are good friends. I can’t say enough good things about this location. It makes me wonder if the 1 star comments are for the right location??

Great customer service always! Everyone is so nice

I live down the street from this location and come here on a regular, ive experienced a lot of great workers there but by far my favorite person that drives for amazing customer service and great drinks is LOGAN. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for a while and I know how tough it can be but he always puts a smile on my face and makes my day! I Don’t usually write reviews but he truly deserves the recognition. Thank you Logan!

The staff here is amazing! We come in daily and they know exactly what we order, greet us by name and are genuinely good people! Shout out to those who make this teachers morning start with a smile! Martha, Rebecca, Deb, Lindsey, Mary, Beth, Danni, and the rest of you to!
The place is clean, usually busy, if they mess something up they apologize and remake it. The downsides are nothing they can do anything about. Parking lot is terrible, with no outside seating in the winter, it fills up frequently inside.
