Excellent service and staff, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Five weeks ago we purchased quartz countertops, an Elkay sink, and an Elkay filtered faucet from Arrowhead Supply.

Communication and assistance during the sale and installation were flawless. Since then, however, it's been impossible to get help with product questions or defects.

There is a discrepancy with the filter that came with the faucet - it doesn't match the filters Elkay sells on their website, nor the ones in specification docs or install videos. As a result, it is unclear whether the filter is actually doing its job and giving us clean drinking and cooking water.

After multiple emails to Arrowhead and Elkay (as well as multiple calls to Elkay) the situation is still not resolved. We just want to drink the clean water we thought we were buying from Arrowhead Supply!

UPDATE: Elkay finally provided engineering photos of correct filter installation. If Arrowhead helped facilitate this, good job.

Started off well from the initial visit, but inconvenient hours, poor follow-up, and not answering the phone took this place out of the running.

Not even worth a star. Horrible customer service from the time we walked in until completion. We had picked out the quartz with in 5 mins of being in the showroom (Feb) - on our own, as the sales associate there was too busy on the phone to be bothered.

We walked out, but our contractor asked us to talk to his service rep. She seemed semi-competent, so thought maybe we just had one bad experience . We figured out which edge style we wanted and she worked with our contractor to get it ordered.

They scheduled 5 appointments with us to come measure our kitchen, and no showed each time. Husband wasted PTO waiting for them. Finally sent a laminate guy out to measure for our quartz. He couldn’t answer my questions. Surprisingly, he measured incorrectly, and one of the tops had to be redone. Because they blew us off for so long we had to wait an extra 5 weeks because they just got this new fancy machine that they had to install. FYI- it only cuts one edge- and it’s not uniform. Parts of the edge have a sharp lip where other parts are smooth.
Definitely not the rounded bullnose edge we wanted.

In short- wasted 5 months and a lot of money to get something we didn’t want, and that doesn’t even look finished.
