Nice staff. Helped me find the empty gel caps for my cat. The man clerk even pointed out that it was made from bovine in case my cat was allergic! I love the level of thought he put into helping me. Good people = Good store.

I've bought previous protein powders elsewhere and this is my first time at The Vitamin Shoppe to find that my first visit in the Bellevue location was a very satisfying one. Walked it to get greeted, looked around for a bit until an associate comes up every so often asking if I needed any assistance, very professional and would definitely would come back again!

One thing that I liked about the Bellevue location is the cleanness of the place; of how organized when you first walk in it looks. Another in what I liked about this store is how many products you can choose from compared to some companies where you only get a limited amount of products to choose from.

I love the customer service there due to the fact that the associates are willing to help you get healthy or assist you in bulking up or leaning up. I, for example am trying to lean down and chose the Optimum Nutrition brand because I've been using it previously but also how reliable that product is but the associates that helped me recommended me to try Syntha-6. I was recommended this product because of how my diet looks like, how much I exercise per week and many more questions they ask to get you the right products you need to get back into your healthy life or to maintain.

All-in-all, as far as customer service, cleanliness, professional and neat the store looks, I would most definitely give them many thumbs up and props for doing excellent for what they are doing and being knowledgeable in their health products. They also price match too, just to let those know who doesn't know about The Vitamin Shoppe being able to price match!

Knowledgeable, personable staff, always willing to help. The point system for receiving money off isn't bad either. On top of all that, their quality is awesome.
