New Balance Encinitas

Let me start by saying I do not like shoe shopping. My feet have many issues and I’ve had very bad experiences shoe shopping in the past. Seven years ago I found a pair of discontinued New Balance shoes that worked for me. I bought every pair I could find. It’s been seven years and I’ve worn through my last pair and needed to get new sneakers. I walked in open minded, but also aware that I might leave without a solution. Ryan C. greeted me and created the best shoe shopping experience I’ve ever had. He listened to me and supported me. He found solutions that fit the list of requirements I needed. Now 24 hours later I keep forgetting that I have new shoes because they are that comfortable. I’ll be back to purchase many more pairs of this exact shoe. Thank you SO SO SO very much Ryan for making a great experience instead of my previous negative ones.

Store associates Dylan, Ryan and Will are knowledgeable and friendly. They were super patient with us and helpful. My wife and I ended up buying three pairs of shoes. We will keep coming back to this store although it’s a long drive for us. Thank you!

They have great customer service here. I got helped immediately by Ryan. He was patient and very helpful. I would go back here again when I look for new shoes.

The sales associate Chris was very welcoming and helpful. He helped me with finding the shoe I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the variety of shoe sizes and widths that new balance offers. With Chris’s help I was able to order the size I needed in the color I wanted and have it shipped to my house. Thanks a lot Chris I appreciate you!

First time here, it was very good and friendly service. I called in advanced to check and see if they had my shoe style and size, which they did. Lady on the phone had them ready once I showed up. All together I was there for less that 5 minutes, which is great.

Our podiatrist gave us a list of brands and models that will help with my husband's foot condition. As some were from New Balance, we decided to check out the store. Employees were friendly and one employee was knowledgeable on the orthopedic aspect of their shoes. He gave us good recommendations. Glad there's an offline store so we can try it out before purchasing! Will visit again if we need new comfy shoes.

Brand new store, very clean and helpful staff. Nice to have a New Balance store back in Encinitas. I wanted a different color than what was stocked. They found the style I wanted at another New Balance store and shipped it to me for free.

I have been waiting for a store to replace the store that closed, and super happy this one opened. They had my favorite shoes in my size. I have been looking for them since COVID started. The staff was great and I was in and out in 10 minutes.
