New manager (John)at 401 Fayetteville rd in Raleigh was a big help on Dec.2023. John asked what kind of truck and year. I give him the information on my Nissan Amanda. He suggest let’s check everything out 1st before you purchase brake fluid,ect.He says it’s not about making money it’s about honest. James was absolutely amazing! Not only did he take the time to test my battery and alternator, but he also looked everything up in the system to check the warranty status and got me a free battery replacement when I only had one week left on the warranty! People like James truly take the time to make the customer feel safe and secure about their car issues. I highly recommend this store and him in particular!!

James the assistant store manager has impeccable customer service. He assisted me from start to finish. He was very helpful and knowledgeable all while making me feel at ease. When having issues with your car, lots of anxiety comes into play, especially for a woman but he made all of that go away. God truly puts people in the right places and at the right time. I will never go to another car place without coming to see James first because he is someone I truly trust. I walked in today as a client and left as family.

I really appreciate Mr.James and ALL he did to help me today!! The store was full of customers. Nevertheless, he made me feel as if I was the only customer in the store. He took his time to help me find the correct interior and headlight bulb for my vehicle. Mr. James definitely demonstrated to me EXCELLENT customer service STILL exist because I don't always experience this type of service in other stores. Thank you again Mr. James for taking my anxiety away because I really had no idea what I was doing!😊

Mr.Scott I believe that was his name . He was a REALLY REALLY NICE HELPFUL MAN ! He went above and beyond for me in this hot sun . He took his time and helped me get my oil cap off and also checked the rest of my fluids for me and gave me advice on when I should be checking my oil/fluids and how often . I really appreciate you Mr. Scott if you are seeing this review . I just want you to know personally that I really appreciated you and your time today thank you so much again 😃.

Quick service with absolutely wonderful employees. I was driving to work when the dreaded "Check Engine" light came on, so I visited on my way home. When I walked in, the store was clearly cleaned and well-maintained and organized. There was a small line at the counter, but nothing crazy. The employees quickly pulled people around however, and we were all seen promptly. I received my free diagnostic test, and it was my battery that was going. Toya changed it on the spot, and even cleaned out the excess battery acid that had built up. She took care to leave everything as it was or better, and all with a friendly face. She was receptive to all my questions, and helped me get my problem solved quickly. I will definitely come here again if I need help!
