Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Very helpful and friendly customer service. I also found a new sealer that I will be trying as well. :-)

I'm the owner of Apex Paint and Remodel and we work with this branch on nearly every one of our projects. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable of their products and provide excellent customer service as well. I've been in the paint business nearly 15 years and this is definitely our store of choice. The store may seem a bit empty, but understand they cannot have a bunch of already-made paint out or it would not sell. Ask questions, they are ALL willing to help. I recommend this store.

The west Salem store is great all the employee's that work there are friendly and knowledgeable, and there product is far superior than any other paints we have tried in the past. C'mon you all know the saying and it's "TRUE" you get what you pay for, we love Sherwin-Williams paint.

I was impressed with help I received at this store. I was assisted by Annie and Brooke. They answered every question I had and gave me some great tips. Its the kind of service that makes you want to come back. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Sales clerk was knowledgeable, eager to assist me in my decision making on types of paint. Later in the day when I discovered I had ordered the wrong color I took the paint back and the clerk worked on the paint to get it as close to the color I wanted as possible, I was very satisfied with the results.

The staff is very helpful and knows their products well. I am glad they are so conveniently located also. Would def reccomend shopping there.

Always get very friendly, patient help with good advice for free. Not the cheapest paint in town, but as far as value goes, product and services can't be beat. I'm a repeat customer and I'll be repeating again.
