Large, clean store with lots of selection. Good savings, too.

Not only do I shop there but I've also worked there for 9 years. A great variety of merchandise, great prices and very customer oriented.

Went in right before Christmas and was surprised how un-busy it was. That was a plus right there!

Very friendly staff, and great place to be. Despite shortages, they've done well at keeping the shelves pretty stocked. There was an unfortunate point where they couldn't accept EBT, but I hear they are once again! Which is great news. While some stuff is a bit on the spendy side, they have pretty great prices on certain things, and I quite enjoy shopping there.

In this day and age seeing empty shelves is becoming the new normal. That being said when I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee, I like that because it makes me feel like they are glad I'm there. I found some cute cat items which always makes me happy, and I found a big bottle of generic Tylenol also makes me happy, it's getting hard to find a good deal on a big bottle, $7.00 isn't that bad. The cashier was friendly and helped me get a small discount by finding my reward account, again saving money makes me happy.. all in all a good visit to Big Lots, I think I will be back again.

Great pricing and you don't have to look all over for the price that is stamped right on the front. Staff is real friendly. This was my first visit so i will be seeing them again and giving another review. They do have a restroom for the customers and im finding too any businesses that wont let you. And while we are on that, they are really clean as is the store itself. Like i said (kinda sorta)I'll be back. And definitely Recommend this store any opportunity I get. Oh yeah ! And they were pretty much in and out. Love that !

They were giving away the store before Christmas. Be sure to sign up for their bonus program. I got lots of discounts that way. Are you too good for Big Lots? Well try the pet selection. Kitty wont mind it's not a designer lable.

Got there and was instantly asked if I needed help locating an item. Which I did! This guy was awesome he had knowledge of the product I wanted and even suggested that I come back next day cause price was gonna drop! That is awesome! Wish I got his name.

This Big Lots is my favorite new place to shop. Yesterday my friend and I were shopping for a couch and the Assistant Sales Manager Daniel was a big help. He was kind and such a genuinely great guy. He built rapport with us and helped us very well. Thanks Daniel!!! The store was clean and easy to navigate through. Very good customer service when we checked out. Keep up the good work guys!

Had made a big purchase in April and got 3 year protection plan. A lever on Our Sofa Recliner broke and I tried to file a claim, and the insurance company (they have Allstate now) that they had back in April was giving me a runaround and being difficult. I went back to the Store and the Furniture Department guys and the Store Manager got me what I need to activate my insurance plan, plus they are replacing our broken Sofa.
I left the store Happy!

Great store with a good variety of merchandise. They have everything from paper plates two furniture. I didn't see any clothing though. Good fair prices and friendly staff. It's a store that you can easily wander around in and find a lot of values.

Had a harrowing experience at Big Lots a couple of weeks ago. Was walking into the store and crossed paths with a determined 3year old heading out of the store by herself. Managed to flag down an employee who was loading some furniture for help, but by that time she's 50+ yards down the stripmall. We managed to corral her without scaring her into traffic, get her back in the store and get her back to her mom. Crazy scary. Staff was great, very on point and I really appreciated him.

This is a good place to find discounted items, and items that have been discontinued from regular stores. Keep in mind though that many times an item comes only once - so if you get something you like, make sure to come back soon - otherwise they could sell out and you won't be able to get anymore.

I go here all the time. The staff are very nice and helpful. Covid kinda made their store pretty empty but I've never had any bad experience here.

Amazing prices, friendly staff, awesome sales events, and a pretty good selection. Usually either a quick in, and out, or quick stock up. Check it out, the prices are the biggest thing that draws me in here!

This is a conglomeration of random stuff. There are some real steals in between the oddities and thingamabobs, it's like going to a really high class, indoor garage sale put on by all your favorite local stores. Like most places along Lancaster. the shelves tend to be in disorder due to previous customers but the treasures can be worth the searching.

Big Lots
Bright, Sparkling, Twinkling, Lights! Squeaky Clean! The Clean Monsieur would look dingy. As usual I am on a timer, not because I do not have time, the store has a closing time and me with only a “fragment” of a list. “Pure Delight, Yup, Simply Delightful!”
My quick dash into Big Lots caught me by surprise. Last time I was in, I saw how hard the folks were working—giving the place a Spring Cleaning. It paid off. The store looked like a toothpaste commercial! Merchandise was artfully displayed. Isles were roomy. Customer Service Team Associates appeared exactly when needed and were happy and kind. Between my husband and myself we loaded a full cart and topped it off with a small swimming pool. I decided to put my Kiki Kitties Potties inside the small swimming pool as their huge Himalayan Paws can super sail sand. Hense the need of “Tall Walls” to give the vacuum (and me) a break. When it was our turn at check out, we were asked if we wanted to purchase bags, “Nope, we will put it in the pool.” Big Lots’ did not believe it possible. The Pottie Pool To Be, purchases inside perched nicely on top of the shopping cart, easily cleared the exit doors, and fit perfectly in our trunk. Well Done Big Lots!
