I'm not gonna hate on the store you've got a Starbucks inside you got Chinese food inside you have a great bakery which I just purchased a cake that is completely surrounded with kit kats topped with M&Ms it was about a solid 26.3 pounds of chocolate on sale for 699.

Great customer service and pricing. Skip the rebates from PayPal, they don't always pay. Can be short on checkers. Self checkouts are handy. Great employees.

Every time I've shopped here, this market has had all of the items on my shopping list with only one exception. Both their produce and meat and seafood have been consistently fresh.

Except for one occasion where I couldn't get anyone in the pharmacy department to show me where an item was, the employees have been very helpful and polite and have even offered to help me with getting my bags to my car when I've had some very heavy items.

Kirby, our cashier was sweet, engaging and helpful.
Dre our bagger was aslo fast and accommodating.

Shopping at Safeway since 2008 ! It’s a great place and the staff have been outstanding to me !! I can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work ! Team work pays off . I've enjoyed shopping this Safeway over the years. I had a great customer experience last Saturday. There were steaks on sale but there was none of the on sale steaks out. There was a large shipment of meat that just came in and the butchers went out of their way in order to get my steaks ready even though they had a lot of other work to get completed. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness!

Safeway employees are great! They are customer service oriented. There may be mistakes in charges, but they are very helpful in making corrections. They also stand behind what they sell.

Found everything quickly. Store is very updated. I will stop here more often I think

It's Safeway! Not much to say here! The parking lot could be better. Though they have the same fancy foods as other Safeway do. They have a Starbucks inside as well.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you out. I use the self checkout which is easy and well maintained with staff to help with any problems that may arise at checkout making it faster and easier to get in and out of the store. Always a good experience.

Always fast friendly service. Deals are visible when shopping. Bakery is best in town. Reasonably priced products. Lot's of parking and easy to fall in love with!

Safeway is a great place to shop for anybody with social anxiety The smaller building that the store is in makes it more suitable and more comfortable for those who have problems being around many people everybody that works there is very friendly and the bathrooms are clean as clean lol

The people are so nice that work here. I've been going there to get there chicken wings there really good and cooked fresh a few times a day. Last time they were out of the salt and vinegar wings and they cooked me some fresh. They brought them to me while I was shopping. It was so nice of them!! I also go there on Fridays for there $5 specials. The $5 sushi deals are fantastic. Super fresh and made daily. Love it!!!

I had an issue with the Safeway app and asked the cashier about it. She asked what the issue was. I explained the issue and at the end of the transaction she went to the service desk and asked if they can help. Long story short, situation resolved and the cashier went above and beyond. I wish I got her name but she was great!! Very appreciated!!

Some of the best deals on fresh meat and produce in Salem. Staff is friendly and the store is always neat. Its gets pretty busy after 4pm to about 7 or 8 but I've always been in and out pretty fast. Great hot food selection as well as sushi made in house. It's my go to store for quick essentials, pharmaceutical needs, and generally anything food wise.

I was there to buy the chili that they had on sale for 97 cents each with coupon or foru. The selfs we're about 1/3 to 1/4 full on each shelf
It was very busy at the check outs but I found one that wasn't real busy. The store was clean and well kept and stalked except for the chili this was on Tuesday the 5th of January

I like their sandwiches. You can't build a better sandwich for the price. Hand cut high quality meats and cheeses, fresh veggies, lots of options and fresh bread. Hot or cold. Budget tip, bigger the bread more stuff on the sandwich. I like the all meat on Safeway sourdough. They make it right there for you, if you're not going to eat it right away maybe skip the oil and vinegar.
